I use the Bear location in order to make payments on my car loan since I cannot make them online with Fulton Bank. Some very weird things go on with my payments, by January payment was not properly applied to my loan. And I just dropped off my February payment where I was asked to sign the back of my own personal check. When I questioned it to tell her just said never mind. I'll just send your receipt.

They stopped a forged check from wiping out my account. Set up new account and overall the best customer service.

Overall, hands down, the best bank. Great customer service, and great acumen in business. Knew all the right answers and was extremely patient to attend to all my personal and business needs.
