We first purchased many pieces from Furniture Solution 20 plus years ago. We still have the furniture and it is still in mint condition. We moved and went back to purchase more furniture and our experience at Furniture Solution was awesome again! Bob, the owner was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional the whole time we were trying to find a sectional. We were greeted promptly each time we visited the store, she was helpful in making our choices, and she gave us an accurate estimate regarding delivery. The delivery men were courteous and careful in bringing the item into the house and setting it up.The sofa is exactly what we wanted, no flaws or other issues. We're very happy with the whole experience.

I am very happy with Furniture Solutions!! and that is a rare statement that I make about any company!~ I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner when I called and inquired about a specific dining room set. We chatted and he gave me rock bottom pricing..I know because I did my research before calling.The dining set was beautiful and the delivery was also perfect. Preston (the delivery person) was awesome along with his assistant (sorry i don't know his name) They called to let you know time of delivery. They arrived on time. They made sure not to dirty your carpeting. They assembled the furniture perfectly. They worried about everything!!!! They were perfect!!! Seriously delivery was perfect!!During the time frame of ordering and shipping, I called in for updates. OMG, they were wonderful...like taking to a friend. They always kept me updated and informed..and were so nice!!I am very impressed with Furniture Solution!! I will always call Furniture Solution first (maybe last to get the best price)Prices are prices...and they do the best they can to give you the very best price on your furniture! Their service is exceptional !!I am totally impressed with this company!!!

We walked into Furniture Solutions and the most kindest sweetest woman offered to help us; she wasn’t pushy at all and followed up with us after a little while to see if we had any questions. She answered all of our questions and was very personable too. We ordered a couch (which was made in the US) and walked out happy. The next day we decided that we wanted the slightly shorter couch and our saleswoman said no problem and wrote up the new paperwork. She reviewed everything over the phone (saving us a trip back to the store) and put a copy in the mail to us. When the couch was ready she called to schedule delivery and we agreed on 7:30am. The delivery truck arrived at 7:30am sharp and the team brought it in, set it up and made sure we were ok with it before they left.Very happy we did business with Furniture Solutions!

Was looking for new sofa and love seat. Didn't want to pay too much and needed place that would dispose of old furniture. Got what we needed at Furniture Solution half price for Columbus day and they took old furniture. Went back next week and got a coffee table that was in store. Elena was friendly and very helpful.Update 10/08/23. We were looking for a chest but didn't want to pay too much, nor did we want cheap laminated press board. We found this chest for $599. One again Elena helped us. It's convenient being across the street from the store.

We walked in looking to order this sectional and the woman who assisted us (I believe she was the owner) made it a very easy process! They were able to match a competitor's price which we appreciated. She took the time to explain the protection plan and answered all of our questions. Delivery timeframe was within the expected time that was given to us at time of purchase (only a few weeks!) and the actual delivery was a breeze. We're very glad we went with Furniture Solution instead of ordering from an online store and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for furniture!

Other than the truck breaking down on the day of delivery and it coming 1 day before my surgery. I am very satisfied with my recliner. My husband's recliner came early which we were happy with. We would recommend this company to others.

We loved working with Furniture Solutions. They have absolutely the best personalized customer service. They helped us get what we wanted and answered all of our questions along the way (which was alot). White glove delivery was prompt and professional. We trust them to give us the information needed to make the right choices. If they don't have it, they will not try to sell you something you don't want, which is really appreciated. Furniture Solutions needs to be your first stop in furniture shopping.

We had purchased new sofa a love seat recliners over COVID..took a year to get furniture and what a disappointment..the recliners are not electric but manual and they had no demo display with manual..so when we get them and recline they won't hold your legs up unless you recline back and lock them, I thought I would get used to it but no..they are junk..advised the owner Bob and was told you must recline before the leg rest will stay up ,all of my other recliners work without reclining back to lock them..just beware.. we're not happy. Update, the owner tried to make things right but too much time has passed since purchase..my fault..very good business man, thank you Bob
