The pharmacist is the best but I want to give special thanks to Thelma the pharmacy assistant. Thelma is the absolute best she not only knows my name when she sees me but she always makes sure my meds are ready and if I'm sick or in the hospital she always talks to my mom sending her best wishes and prayers. I appreciate her taking extra time to ask how everything is going and remembering the surgeries I have or the simplest sinus infection I had she's always aware and will always put a smile on your face no matter how bad you are feeling. When I was in the hospital recently she not only told my mom to send me her best wishes and prayers but she also wrote me a little note wishing me the best and sending prayers for a speedy recovery. Thelma is the absolute best, the world would be a better place with more people like Thelma and I appreciate her more than words can explain because she doesn't have to go out of her way to do this but she does it proudly because she truly cares.

After almost a year of attending this pharmacy, there has not been a SINGLE time that my medications were filled when it was said they were or that i’ve came and left with any issues. I have lost count on the amount of times they’ve told me my medication is ready for pickup, I drove 30 minutes, then for them to tell me it’s not there. Like what is actually going on, are your pharmacists trained? Are your employees knowledgeable and capable? I am starting to question. Stay far away if you want your medication filled.

Straight bums up here. Understaffed: No one picks up the phone. Had me waiting 2 weeks for a script and than let us wait 2 hours in the actual store after giving them the script info to say they couldn't fill it. Go anywhere else. Maybe some cheap prices for a couple meds but not worth the extreme disarray. Not to mention when I did get through the pharmacist sounded like he was giving me an attitude. Going to be filing a complaint with Giant.

Prescriptions transmitted on the 14th, filled two of three then left the third. i called twice and was reassured it would be done next. Nope! I went there in the evening of the 15th and i was told it was not ready and to wait as few minutes! apparently i wasn't the first one that day with this issue.

Called four times about the same Rx. Still has not been filled.Each time I call it sounds like someone picks up but I wait and wait with no response.

Everything was fine. Big store, low crowds...but they still have some of the strange Giant Covid rules like having to walk clear across the store to exit rather than the nearest exit 10 feet away.

I was in on Saturday, Dec 8. I was pleased with the pharmacist's level of service. He was more than willing to correct the issues I had. As well he was very pleasant and interacted well. Great job Amir

Friendly staff. Convenient. Small comfortable waiting area. Purchases count towards fuel rewards at Shell.
