I am new to the area so I went here hoping to find a new shop to stick with. A woman by the name of Lisa did my nails. Customer service and hospitality was horrible. I was given little direction or communication about picking a color or deciding on a design. In fact, Lisa seemed irritated by me asking for anything as if she were doing me a favor and not getting paid for it. I left the shop not happy with my nail/design. I am a person who usually tips well but my experience did not warrant a tip of any kind. I will not be returning to this shop.Service: Acrylic nails

Great spot! I don’t have nail knowledge but was handled with care. She listened to my concerns (weak nails) and suggested the best plan. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. No toxic fumes. Pretty nails. Super strong. Functional. Will be back for sure!

Made a reservation for Mother’s Day with my daughter and when we got there was told “they are busy” so we couldn’t both go at the same time or even sit near each other. The whole point was to do it together so, they shouldn’t have taken the reservation if they couldn’t do it. There are enough other places to pick from so next time I will choose differently.Service: Pedicure

Don’t use this establishment. I arrived before 4 other people and they took each one before me. They claimed they had appointments but each were late. I waited over an hour because I was traveling out the country the next day. Never again!Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been going here for years & they are okay , really can’t find a good nail salon in DE so this is as close as itll get , but anyways the girl that has been doing my nails completely ignored tf out of me when I walked in last week , all I asked was are you booked all day ? And she ignored me I spend GOOD money here and I tip VERY well ! That was rude ! I just walked out I been going here since 2015 & after that I’ll never go back !
