Ricky is truly exceptional. Even though there’s a location closer to my home, I choose to drive farther just to continue receiving care from him. My primary concern was my foot, as I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and he has significantly improved my comfort and mobility. I’m now a loyal client for life. The manager, Ariel, is also outstanding—professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. This is by far the best location I’ve experienced.

Unprofessional beyond belief. Called approximately 4 times in one day and no one call back. Finally called again and explained the situation and the feedback was lies, lies, and more lies. Oh, I take names when I’m speaking to someone and lo and behold it’s the manager. After she heard what I said she hung up. Couldn’t justify herself or the people working under her.🤨🧐

This was my first visit to this location in Bear, The girl at the front desk was very polite, The Massage Therapist Demi was Awesome! I felt so happy and relaxed after her massage. I give it four stars because my appointment was 10:30, I arrived 15 mins early. My massage didn’t start till 10:45 and ended at 11:25. That’s not 55 mins like it’s supposed to be. Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Membership is a scam and service isn’t that great ! Massage was basic and she talked to me the whole entire time! I tired to schedule other appointments but either the app wouldn’t work or they were already booked! Just not worth the money all around for this place!

Lay delivered an exceptional massage. Her pressure was perfect! Tajae gave a wonderful facial. She was knowledgeable and my skin felt rejuvenated!

This was my first facial with Hand and Stone Massage, and it was fabulous. Very relaxing, great atmosphere, everyone was very nice. Will definitely go back.

Paid almost $100 for a 1 hour deep tissue massage on April 13, 2024. The therapist finished the massage in 40 mins and only touched my upper back and shoulders. Pretty shocking that he would walk out in 40 mins when the massage was scheduled for 60 mins and he didn't even touch my glutes, hamstrings or calves. Escalated to the front desk and the manger called me in a few days, I explained the issue and she said she had to check with the owner. The owner offered me a free aroma therapy session if I spent $100 on a deep tissue massage. That does not address the problem!!! Called the store and spoke to the manager again and made her aware that this is not a satisfactory remediation and she was not empowered to make a decision to right a bad customer experience. She said she will talk to the owner and she "may" call back......still waiting

Never been treated so poorly and disregarded as a paying customer. They are eager and everyone there is able to accept $1000+ membership. Then when you need something, no one is authorized to help assist. "Manager" is always off or in meetings and refuses to accept phone calls or return them. Will take our business elsewhere.

On February 25th, I visited this location as I had a 1:00pm massage scheduled. I had a text message confirming this appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I was “not in the system” and that “there was no massage therapist available”. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. I left a message for the Manager to call me back, requesting that I be refunded for the monthly bill.By February 28th, I still hadn’t received a phone call from the Manager. Therefore, I called back. The receptionist answering my call stated that there were NO notes in my file about me requesting a phone call from the Manager. On top of that, she stated that the Manager only comes into the Office “a few times each week” and the days are “not always the same”.It is one week later and I have yet to receive a phone call back from the Manager. Needless to say, their customer service is NONEXISTENT. While the massage therapists are excellent at this location, the actual administration is egregiously unprofessional.I would not recommend this location to anyone, as they seem to be more concerned about money than the clients’ satisfaction and actual services.

before I review this place I must say that CLEMEN IS AN ANGEL and she is the only reason I didn’t give this place one star!!I signed up for a membership months ago but had to cancel due to finances. I was told that upon canceling I had 90 days to use my services that were already paid for before they expire. I called and scheduled an appointment and on the day of my appointment they called and cancelled on me. I Then go on line to reschedule my appointment and they don’t have any appointments available until months later in March. Fast forward to today, I go into my appointment. After my massage was completed I told the receptionist that I would be using my available membership benefits and she proceeded to tell me that it had expired and would need to pay full price. After explaining to her that this was a rescheduled appointment from before the time of expiration she told me she would call Diane and sort it out. Diane however did not care that I missed my appointment, before the expiration period ended, due to this hand & stone location being the one who canceled on me! She made me pay for my service even though I technically payed for it already with the monthly membership. It was very disappointing and awful customer service.
