I stopped going to the place to get my nails done because I felt like there were always rushing and the money was worth it, so I started going to a nail tech for my nails and coming for a pedicure. I was long overdue for a treatment day, so I came back and got a full set and pedicure. I should have stuck with what I know. #13 did my pedicure yesterday with no issues but then I come back today for a full set and left unsatisifed. I got french tips and he only did one layer of white gel on my nails, so it is still see through of the base color. I expected a full bold white layer especially paying $61.00, so I think I will resume with my nail tech and go strictly for pedicures only at the nail salon

The lady was rude. She didn’t let me pick my own color. When i eventually picked the color she went on to do my toe nails which were done VERY ROUGH. After she did my nails which she called ugly and were to short to paint on so she HAD to put tips on i said no multiple times. She then did tips without asking me. When she finished the tips she said she had to redo it. I was furious and just decided to pick an other color. I picked a bubble gum pink that matched my previous color. When i was ready she gave me a whole other color which was a neon pink/purple and was called sunflower seed completely different to the one I picked. I was really upset. She ended with saying my brows were untamed and i had to also get them done. I will not go back due to the very unprofessional environment and taking advantage of age.

I just left with a fine ( so far!)gel manicure, but I will not return. I called in advance asking the cost of a gel manicure removal and new gel polish applied. I was quoted $25.00. I was charged 31.00. I asked if there was an extra fee for using my credit card and was told just one dollar. They had no answer for why I was charged $5 more than quoted. Again, I will not return.

I had an appointment for 10:30am ! I got there on time and everyone was busy! Took little bit and the older man took me in for my foot first, he was rushing it but while in the process this lady refused that one of the ladies won’t do her nails so guess what, she was waiting for this older man 👴 who had put nail remover on cotton and wrapped my finger nails with aluminum foil the whole time while he was doing my Foot 🦶. I remember the older man telling me how my nails are strong 💪 healthy and beautiful! But after doing my foot he did not even excuse me, but rather moved to the lady who refused one of the ladies service and was waiting for him at his station. He asked me to sit at a different station and asked someone else to do my nails 💅. He started doing her nails and did her foot as well. This was disrespectful but I handled my emotions decently, didn’t say a word after my nail was done! I tipped the lady who did my nail and left! I will never step my foot in that place again because the older man ruined my nails with long time he wrapped my nails in aluminum foil with the nail remover! My nails have been cracking since, my nails are so soft now and just one week I did my nails it looks like two weeks ago! I will never go back there! They just lost 😡 me and everyone I know I will tell not to go there to do their nails. That was disrespectful and distorting my nails makes me very angry 😤 but I know I will grow my nails back which will take some time. I have very strong nails, I can’t do artificial nails so I take care of my nails. I hope they do better before they lose all their customers!

Came here while I waited for someone to pick me up. I didn’t look at their reviews prior to coming. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted or anything. I was told the price would be $45 for a gel pedicure. I was taken to a seat right away. I sat down & she ran the water. She began working on my feet right away. She didn’t allow my feet to soak or anything. She was rushing immediately. She was cutting & pulling skin that didn’t need to be cut. It was hurting & I was bleeding. I kept telling her to leave pieces alone. She did a good job getting my dead skin off. I just felt the services were rushed. I was in the chair all of 20 mins. Including the polish. I didn’t get a massage after. She also didn’t lotion my feet. She just put some Vaseline on my heels. She did help me put my shoes & socks on which I thought was nice. I paid with my card & they wouldn’t take the tip off. They told me I had to tip in cash. They were nice, just not for me.

1st time visiting here. Worst experience of my life.. pedicures are suppose to be relaxing and this was all of 15 mins long… my gel manicure looks like it was applied by my 5yr old. Nails are uneven and polish looks bumpy. Wtf did I spend 70$ on.. plus side I was in & out with all of 40 mins for a gel pedicure & manicure 😂

Their gel polish is watered down. It’s cheap, my gel polish chipped the same day they were done. I didn’t bother to go back and get them fixed because they can be rude at times and talk about you. Customer service has gotten worse over the years. They need to update the shop as well.

I got my nails done Saturday and my gel polished has peeled and chipped on my manicure and pedicure. My tips are also lifiting. Waste of money .

THE WORST nail experience. All I wanted was a manicure and for my current gel nails to be taken off. She did the bare minimum. All my nails are uneven lengths and shaped differently. Either she didn’t care because I wasn’t stranding enough or the people who work there can’t do a simple manicure which is very worrisome. All that and they charge 25 bucks for something I could’ve done. Waste of time and money. I do not recommend.

Bad wax experience!!!
Lady burned my skin off during waxing and said nothing! Eyes were on fire and looked shiny as if wax was still on them. Two days later this is the result of it starting to heal but it still burns.

Cheaper and quicker than most places around. I have been going here since high school and they are still awesome. I also get my father pedi gift cards. I will starting bringing my daughter for her mani and pedi days!
