“honestly this place is something else. the second you walk in it smells amazing and the whole vibe is so calming, i almost forgot i was doing laundry. they have those fancy washer machines with the lavender setting and it made my clothes smell incredible. water pressure in the sink was a bit weak but honestly who cares when youre that relaxed. definitely coming back.”

“This local shop is amazing. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I came in needing help with a broken zipper on my diaper bag. It was a major deal for me because this particular zipper closed the “changing area” of the bag. Long story short, I needed a new bag if the zipper could not be fixed. I went to one cleaners and they said to come back in a few hours for someone to look at it. I went to Ted’s next and upon walking in they looked at it right away and started working. The guy assured me that it was an easy fix and he could see what he could do. I just appreciated the fact that I wasn’t dismissed immediately and he actually stopped what he was doing to fix my zipper. It took less than 5 minutes. I’ve now found my new go to cleaners for my future needs.”

“I went in on a Thursday and I had a wedding on Sunday. My dress was way too long, even with heels and I needed it hemmed. I explained the situation and they saved the day. They hemmed my dress by end of day Friday and I picked the dress up Saturday morning. It was chiffon-like material and you couldn't even tell they hemmed it like 3 inches. It also wasn't super expensive! I will most definitely be back!”

“finally found a place that actually gets my clothes clean. the dryers here actually heat up properly so i dont have to run em three times. the lady at the counter was nice, showed me how to use the app to watch my load from home. kind of wish they had more folding tables though, it gets crowded on saturdays and you end up balancing stuff on your lap. also my spray bottle got taken from the cart while i was gone for 2 minutes, so maybe lock that up or something. but overall solid spot. parking is easy and the machines are new. i'll definitely come back.”

“The Boxwood Shopping Center has several entrances, making getting in and out very convenient. There is a dime in/carry out eatery focusing on different styles of hot dogs. The Rite Aid is never too crowded, and the Save a Lot grocery store has very reasonable prices considering the times. I haven't visited the other shops in the center, but I have had only positive experiences at the 3 locations listed above.”

“The triple size machine is $6.50 for one load but it's more like two or three loads from a regular washing machine. I don't know what is typical to pay for such a thing these days oh, so I can't really compare it to anything but it did seem kind of expensive. Washing machine only takes about 20 to 25 minutes. The gentleman who was working there when I went my first time was very helpful. I love how it's 24 hours and the couple times that I've been there I've been by myself the majority of the time.”

“I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time now, but I couldn’t let my experience at Any Garment Cleaners go unrecognized. On Sunday, October 12, around 11:30 AM, I stopped by to drop off some event linens. There was a small line—just two people ahead of me—and an elderly gentleman being assisted at the counter. Donnisa was the team member on duty that morning, and I was immediately impressed by how she handled an unexpected situation. The store’s computer system happened to be down, and while most people might get flustered, Donnisa remained calm, courteous, and completely professional. She clearly communicated to everyone what was going on, explained that she was working with both leadership and technical support to get the system back up, and continued serving customers as best she could despite the challenges. At one point, the elderly gentleman became visibly upset and was quite unkind toward her. Still, Donnisa never lost her composure. She responded with patience, kindness, and respect—qualities that truly stood out and deserve to be recognized. It’s rare to see someone handle a tough situation with such grace and professionalism. Any Garment Cleaners is lucky to have someone like Donnisa representing their business. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a reminder of what great customer service really looks like. Kudos to you, Donnisa—you’re a true professional and an asset to your team!”
