Update: my warranty claim was approved and I got a new mattress now. The process took around 2 weeksOld:The mattress that I picked up from the store was nothing like the one we tried at the store. It sinks in so much and I am not able to sleep on it at all. The store has no return policy which is ridiculous. They are asking me to wait for 30 days to do a comfort exchange or upgrade the mattress. Even after telling them the issue I don’t understand why the wait time for 30 days.I have filed a warranty claim as the mattress is sinking a lot and is clearly not the same quality that was displayed in their store. I have no option but to use the mattress in this condition for few more weeks. There is no return policy as such, so beware before buying your mattress from here.

Worked with Tom and he was great. We did a sleep test, he suggested the best options, and worked within my price range. Quick trip and I left with a mattress and box spring for my new apartment.

When my wife and I purchased a mattress here yesterday, we were helped by Saqib. He is a new father like myself, and the banter between the three of us was very organic and fun from the start. He was extremely helpful, and immensely knowledgeable in aiding our search for what felt right to us. After trying five mattresses that felt increasingly better as we cycled through them, we came to our decision. The three of us continued to converse and laugh with one another throughout financing. I had the best customer service today with Saqib at mattress warehouse in Glasgow ! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and personable. We were immediately greeted upon entering the store and were quickly able to find our perfect purchase with zero stress!
