Went to the store to get to know the promotions and the guy there explained everything.. happy with the deals and I got it what I want very good service.

I had the $90 plan for 2 lines unlimited everything with Amazon prime. I just wanted one of my lines number changed. Instead, the guy deleted that line and put on a new line which rose my bill to $130 and told me to come in right before my bill was due and he would fix it. Turns out he couldn't fix it without deleting Amazon prime. I called customer service and they put me on a $75 plan but my data is limited and my phone freaking SUCKS now!!!! Im thinking of switching because the workers are just horrible sales people now who could care less about their actual customers and tell lies for whatever reason that benefits them. Zero morals. I don't want to be with a company like that. So unless someone fixes my plan to what it originally was for years Ill be finding a new phone company. I've had metro since 2015 and it's gone so downhill.
