This crook!! He is a SCAMMER!! Never go to this store! He just robbed my brother of his money and told corporate he isn't giving it back after corporate told him he wasn't supposed to charge extra! He is a lying dirty thief!!! Don't go here if you don't like bums playing with your money because you might end up hurting them.

So I walked in 2 Hispanic girls working there. I told him I didn't have my phone on me. But I wanted to take a service off of my phone and they told me that they couldn't do it and I told him I was gonna call customer service and they told me customer service was now closed which later I found out customer service doesn't close. I can't continue to carry on explaining again. I do not have my phone on me, I paid the bill because the bill needed to be paid before I could carry on and if not, I would've paid online so it would have Then charge the store fee.. I say okay, I would like to get to home internet, "what's the code I sent to your phone"? I told you, I didn't have my phone oh well, we need your phone. Then I later found out they can bypass that. These 2 Hispanic women did not want to help me. I did come IN 15 mins before Closing May I add that? Shouldn't make a difference but I guess. so I leave. I go get my phone. As I am gonna i say "go get my phone" OK? I come back there 5 minutes to close. I was gone less then 5 mins, oh, I'm sorry. We close the Drawer out. They did that on purpose Bad customer service ignorant liltte girls lack of knowledge or just don't care to do their job. This was about a month ago. Do better get better customer service. People that know the products and the service.

GOOD people work here, they do NOT attempt to rip people off like the Metro on 273, THAT place tried to charge me 80.00 dollars on TOP of everything else, I walked OUT of that dive \\u0026 into this Metro where there was NO 80 dollar anything ?\\u200d♂️

Service is Horrible Just was hungup on my an associate after adding a line and paying $197 for the service and was not told that I had to pay more woke up the next day to no service when tried to call I was unable to get in contact with Customer service and then Store associate disconnected in my ear....I had to take my lunch break to go to the store and still no reults I will be going to the MEDIA about this issue

I ended up switching to verizon because I just can't stand the customer service I receive from metro. Whether it be over the phone or in the store. Just wasn't digging it. And after over a year of that service I had enough!!!

horrible service, horrible customer service, not helpful only good thing is they are cheap but its not worth the hassle first time with metro 2 months and switched real quick never answer their phone the first or second time and their voicemail is always full
