“Had to revise my review from yesterday (see below) because when I went to pick up the pics the manager was there - told her what happened and she apologized and made it right. Restored my faith in customer service. Thank you. Horrible customer service. Sent in 2 pictures for their same day print service. Received a email that they were ready to pick up. Got there - not only can they not find the pictures- they claim there's no order. In the meantime I'm showing the assistant manager the email on my phone- from Walgreens - saying the order is ready to pick up. Even worse - she said they don't have the capability to look orders up by the order number. That has to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. So the assistant manager tells me to go home and resubmit the order. I asked how long that will take and she says "well! It would still be same day!" Wrong answer - anyone who really cared about correcting their error and satisfying a customer would have said "give me just a minute and I'll print them for you." For gods sake it was 2 prints - how long can that possibly take?? Very poor customer service - they obviously don't care if customers come back.”
