“Meyer, Inc., helped us transfer over a thousand linear feet of special collections material from our on-site stacks to an off-site storage facility. Their on-site team members were conscientious, approachable, communicative, and easy-going. I especially appreciated their patience when talking through the workflow with us, their flexibility in altering aspects of the plan to meet our needs, and their deliberate and proactive care for the collections during the transfer.
The only mistakes that popped up were minor ones that I had made during my preparations, and the crew leaders were very diplomatic when drawing attention to them so that I could fix the problems before they caused us all headaches further down the road.
