There was a time this was 5 star down the board. I don’t know if it was a change in management or what, but if you order here it takes 1-2 hours longer than what they say. When you do finally get your food it is lukewarm. Tonight was their last chance to change my mind. I will never be giving them a dime ever again and I suggest you to do the same.

Got the order and my pizzas were destroyed. Call no manager on sundays?? Was told they would re-make the order and It would be 30 minutes, a hour later I was told there on the way now, it is now 30 minutes later still no food. I'll never order here again.

Ordered a Supreme pizza to be delivered to my apartment. When it arrived I requested money back for change and the driver has the nerve to tell me he doesn't have change for $40. The pizza was only $25 I was going to tip 20% anyway's now the driver looking at me like he deserved a $15 tip for driving 4miles with one pizza. Either the management is whack for not providing change or the delivery drivers are stone cold thief's. Either way this happens to you, throw that pizza back at them and say no thank you.

Every time I order pizza here it gets here two hours late. They don’t give a discount or anything for that. It’s a shame because the food is really good.

I have never been so upset with an establishment in my life. I placed an online order at 9:05PM. Estimated delivery time was before 10:06PM. I called the local store at 10:38PM. No one answered the phone for 20 minutes. At 11:25 I got a message that the item was delivered. No one came to my home. I drove to the location to see what happened. I walked in at 11:45PM to be scolded at by one worker saying he canceled all orders and gave no explication and yelled at me to get out because he was closed and should’ve locked the door.

The worst service and food. when you walk in the staff literally ignores you and avoid eye contact . When you finally get their attention , it’s with the nastiest attitude . The owner of this location may want to do a staff clean up.

The new garlic stuffed crust pizza is amazing. I'm not the biggest fan of chain pizza places, but this particular pizza is very good.

Very poor service, the staff won't even look at you and just tell you to wait. There's too much sauce in the food and too much flavor.

Papa John’s has a lot of nerve to sell this garbage !!! Prices have gone up but the portions are much smaller. A large pizza isn’t much bigger than a personal pan pizza. I’ll give them a break on the wings due to the shortage, but they’re smaller too…. and fatty. If you’re going pay high prices then patronize the local pizza shops, at least the quality will be better and they need the money a hell of a lot more.

After several years, we decided to try papa John's again. We ordered a pizza. It arrived 30 min late cold based on their online delivery time. I had paid the 4.99 delivery fee plus 5 delivery tip, for a cold flavorless pizza. Managers said my only choice was to drive the pizza back to them and they would remake the pizza. Not likely!

Horrible horrible customer service DO NOT ORDER here. I repeat do not order here. We called about there being barely any pepperoni on our pizza. Employee/female manager that answered phone was very rude and dismissive wouldn’t even listen to my complaints! I will never order here again.

I can't give it a zero and this is exactly what this store deserves. Ordered our food had folks here sitting in the kitchen, waiting for the delivery. We gave instructions to please ring the bell by the garage door, which is not even 10 feet away from where I was sitting. We have cameras and the delivery driver did not ring our doorbell. The DoorDash representative simply set our food on the ground not even in a bag for Insects and ants to crawl into it. I mean just ANY kind of critters to get on it. Now this is 2023 we take such good care of our animals, a dog bowl is placed on a mat with the food and the water nicely placed in the bowl and we are human. $60 worth of pizzas or and you put our food outside in the elements, not in a bag on the ground, NO PANDEMIC. the papa John's staff said we have more orders to deliver!!!! I will never order from this company again and you shouldn't either because when we called the store that ignorant representative that answered was horrific. Of course she blamed DoorDash and requested I bring the food back in order for me to get a refund. Lady if I had time to come to the store, I wouldn't of ordered it over the Phone. I had our credit card company immediately call her back and within two minutes she was nasty to credit card rep. We could not get a manager on the phone, was denied the information to corporate or anyone above her. We could not resolve this matter with her so the credit card representative quickly realize how terrible she was and told her we will dispute the charges. The real problem is why do we have to go through this? You are a person right? Would you want anyone to put your food on the ground outside, outdoor not covered properly, and just leave. Shame, shame, shame on Papa John's and door dash!
