Scheduled a quick tire rotation for 9:30am. I stated that I would be waiting for the car on the initial reservation intake form. When I arrived I was informed they overbooked & it would take hours for them to get to my car. Listen to the other reviews as well, don’t waste your time, money, & energy. Why have people make an appointment, only for you guys to not fulfill the customer’s timeframe needs. Greed over customer satisfaction seems to be the objective here. Won’t be coming back

Want to preface by saying don't expect them to have your car done within a reasonable amount of time, but the frontend staff is very kind even under extreme pressure.
It was not the best experience I've ever had when getting my car service, but given the circumstances, it was as good as it could've been. Thankfully, I live nearby, so being home while I waited was nice, but I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if it's not close by. Not to sound spiritual, but as soon as I walked in, I felt an extremely heavy energy. Staff that were actually there and not on an extended lunch break seemed super stressed.. the lady had gotten numerous angry phone calls and some people bussing through the doors angry while helping me because people have been waiting hours for their car, but nonetheless, she still maintained a positive attitude and a warm smile which I don't find to be common. She was extremely knowledgeable on the services I was getting and the typical amount of time it takes to be completed on a day as hectic as it was today, so I knew what to expect time wise.
No complaints on the actual results. I got 4 new tires for a really great deal in addition to a brake inspection and an oil change and my car drives a million times smoother than it did previously, so I am pleased with that, but I likely wont come back unless its for tires.

Had an appointment at 12:30, I waited 2 HOURS for a simple oil change, had to literally remind them that my car was parked outside and waiting to be serviced on. Horrible service.

Thank you Taylor for being so friendly and being able to get our car in same day for new tires! We are here from out of town, and had to get new tires put on today. She was able to accommodate us when other places would not. Thanks so much for a pleasant and professional experience.

Customer service was polite, mechanic did repair work however not enough explanation for issues. I feel like I was missing an explanation for work charged for. Thank you for fixing radiator but I really needed to speak to a supervisor.

I am very thankful for my visit to this Pepboys. The service team was very friendly and helpful, as well as straightforward. They do not try to upsell you on anything and did a great job taking care of my car. I returned a few days later with a minor concern and they took the time to look and quickly assess and correct the issue. I appreciate their service and quick remedy to put me at ease. I will for sure return to this location in the future for service.

I was extremely overcharged for services done to my vehicle on three separate occasions. The third time I decided to do my own research and get estimates from other auto repair shops only to find out that they were charging me TRIPLE the amount. I questioned the manager Taylor as to why I was being charged so much and asked for pictures of the new parts that were put in. She pulled up a picture online from AutoZone which was not the part that they told me I needed it so they adjusted my price which I was still overcharged after the adjustment. My car needed a flex pipe which is something you can purchase from AutoZone off the shelf for approximately 30 to $40 and I was charged $280 for it. Needless to say I will not be taking my car there for any more repairs and would not recommend anyone that has no knowledge about cars. Purchase your own Parts they will still rip you off by upping the labor hours. At the end of the day I don't know how they feel good about going home knowing they're job is to rip people off of their hard-earned money. I contacted the corporate office with my complaint as well.
