I am so grateful for my PT’s at Pivot. Both Mary and Sarah are excellent physical therapists. They have helped me heal and feel confident about my recovery in only a few short weeks of starting therapy. I am also so very grateful that this Pivot location offers pelvic floor therapy. I am very happy with my experience so far and am looking forward to continuing my healing journey with them.

My experience here was not great. The facility is in poor condition and the bathroom is never clean, but I looked past those things because I enjoyed working with my physical therapist.
However, the more I came here, the more I began to dread my appointments because the support staff on the floor is hit-or-miss. Some staff members on the floor are great - they would ensure I know how to do the exercise and would demonstrate when I had a question. Other staff members are impatient and would just read from a checklist and continue their conversation.
Earlier this week the person assigned to me didn’t even know what my assigned exercise was. When I asked her what I needed to do, she berated me saying that I should know how to do the exercise since I’ve done it before. That was the final straw - I informed my PT that I wouldn’t be returning.
There are great therapists working here but it is not worth my time to drive here to use a dirty bathroom and work with staff members who are rude.
Edited 10/03/24: Over a week ago, the owner replied to my review saying that they received my feedback and would reach out to me, but no one has contacted me. Since they have no interest in contacting me I will include some additional information here: (1) I’ve already included a description of the dirty bathroom, but I also encourage the owner to get a trash can with a lid to hide all the trash building up and a purse hook so that women don’t need to put their purse on the dirty floor. (2) the strength equipment badly needs to be cleaned and dusted. (3) the soft pads need to be replaced. They are old and cracked. (4) The pillowcases also need to be replaced, they are gross and dingy. What’s the point in putting on a fresh pillowcase if they all look gross? (5) The worst part of this location, by far, was the woman I interacted with on the floor on the evening of 9/17/24, who was rude, did not even know what exercises I was supposed to do, saying it was “some kind of breathing exercise” AND berated ME for not knowing what the next exercise was.
I strongly encourage you to clean your equipment and better manage your evening staff.

Five is not enough stars to rate the excellence of this particular Pivot group. I have experiences at three different locations, and this one is an excellent one. From the front desk to the table, everyone is helpful, professional and courteous. Chris. mainly worked with me and was exceptional, professional, personable, caring, positive and excellent in his skills. He helped me to increase in my mobility. Thank you, Chris, and thank you to all who helped me.

Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door with the most friendly greeting by front desk staff, to the attention and care by all of the PTs, to the well wishes by front desk staff on your way out, they’re simply the best. And the consistency between all of the PTs is impressive. You may not have the same one each visit but the continuity of their operations is refreshing and puts you immediately at ease in knowing your care won’t be different because it’s a different PT. Kudos to every single member of their team!
