It was nice, I need it work clothes and they have the perfect clothes for it and cheap, they also have nice chick outfits. LOVE IT AND WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN HERE.

I went to Rainbow today āŗļø very happy with the store . the cleanness the staff are very nice the manager is very professional. Thank you guys. this is the muslim lady š¤²āŗļø.

This is my favorite rainbow location. I drive all the way from philly. There are other stores in the area that makes the drive worth it, but mainly just for this location

I go to this rainbow all the time, have for years & never had a problem but for some odd reason today as iām shopping for dresses for my grandmother and myself two geriatric aged workers felt the need to have a deep discussion between themselves about the fact that Iām pregnant not even 3 feet away from me and make comments insinuating I was carrying a fatherless child & ruining my life as if this was an episode of teen mom and they were on a couch at homeā¦ now me as a 5 foot tall GROWN woman iām not new to people being astonished at me being pregnant because they assume iām a teenager/child however this was extremely disrespectful and distastefulā¦ Iām truly sorry we all canāt look 53 at 45 like the two of you but i didnāt walk into your store and have a deep conversation about why you two should have a 9-5 job with health coverage or be retired with a pension by now did i? On the other hand, the ladies at the register were wonderful.

I took public transportation to Rainbow in Governor's Square to return two items that I'd changed my mind about. I was informed that they couldn't process anymore returns that day because of some type of computer glitch. However,Da'Vonna made it her personal mission to make a phone call and was able to cheerfully refund my money after a long bus ride. This young lady went above and beyond to satisfy me. Good job! I will certainly return to this location.

cheap prices. a lot of sales. lots of selection. but the store is always warm, no changing rooms, very little space between clothing racks and the cashiers are nice, helpful but never in a hurry to get the line down. They often forget the security tag on clothes so double check your clothes before you get home.

hi, I'm from Texas visiting family I found this rainbow that gave me pleasure , I'm a returning customer since my visit. I didn't see a sign in store stating you can't try on clothing there's no dressing room in which I was aware of I put a dress over my clothes trying on in Mirror ! This woman employed by your establishment is gestoring me I was confused she is signing a body gesture as if she is a movie director saying "cut" I was confused wondering if she was trying to gesture me I'm looking around she is with other employee slim lady may be management standing in walkway the isle telling me not to try the dress on she says we have return policy I understand my complaint is if she needed to address me about policy or concern the proper way is to come directly to me and voice concern not gesture me I'm not from the ghetto i dont understand hood please have a talk with them it was very offensive for them both to think it was ok to approach me in a unprofessional manner im offended they have no etiquette !! they made this location look bad the cashier's was welcoming I appreciate her for her kindness.

I wish I didn't love Wax Jeans so much. That's why I keep coming back. They're often closed when they're supposed to be open, the other day I waited thirty minutes for the registers to work and ended up leaving without making a purchase. The employees are nice but it doesn't seem like they have what they need to do their jobs. Months ago I placed a $250 order online and there was a problem with my delivery. Sometimes my address comes up on GPS as the fire house behind my house, so they took them back saying it was an undeliverable address, I called to straighten it out, they said it was solved, I waited never got them and then they refused to refund me or compensate me in any way. That wasn't this store, just rainbow as a company. That's why I go to the store now.
