A huge thank you to Reynolds Towing for the save today! Halfway through a road-trip home this Saturday night, we experienced a flat tire on a busy highway. From our emergency call to Reynolds to their arrival to our location to help change our spare and give it some air, the whole process took less than an hour. Great service at a fair price! If only every roadside assistance call could be like this! Highly recommend this company.

This guy's hooked me up when I needed them, ball joint popped out and basically left me stranded AAA was going to take 2 hours to get to me and I really needed to get to work I live in Florida but I was up there for work and every hour I miss I'm losing a vast amount of money so I called them they picked me up within 15 minutes I wasn't too far from the shop and I had the ball joint and was trying to get it fixed and they were able to put in my new ball joint within 30 minutes right before they closed and I was able to get to work without being late

I agree with the other reviews, dirty cops call these guys. I was in a really bad accident that wasn't my fault and was very disoriented, and before I know it the tow truck is backed up to my car, the guy was rushing me and seemed really irritated when I asked for a min to get some things out. The cop was also treating me like trash and gave me a ticket because he was too lazy to actually do his job. In the back of my head I remembered there being money in my center console, and it wasn't there the next day. I don't like to accuse people as my memory isn't the best, but when you make a mental note and then a lot of other people make the same note, what else can you think

Tow truck driver was polite and patient while I removed my belongings out of my vehicle. The staff member at the office in Tow shop was very understanding, courteous and helpful.

My truck broke down on the road near 72. I called AAA they didn't come for 3 hours I went online and found Reynolds right up the street my from location. They came in about 20 minutes. Great driver named Tyler he was the best, he took me to Firestone and I was out of there in about an hour Thanks so much it was very affordable and I've got Reynolds card in my pocket right now for the next time

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. The state police had Reynolds tow our car after an accident on a Friday evening even though we had a tow company on the way, but said we could pick it up from them until 10pm. Reynolds told us we could not get it until Monday at 8 am when they opened, and then charged us $765 CASH on Monday to get our car after holding it hostage for the weekend.

BEWARE if you allow Reyolds Towing to Tow your vehicle. If they tow and you want to get your vehicle, expect outrageous fees and know they only accept cash.

I needed to have a car towed 42 miles to my home. Eddie was so helpful! After making the arrangements, my car was home in about an hour! The driver was polite and his appearance was professional. He was neatly dressed - no ripped or stained clothing. I highly recommend them if you need a tow. The one negative I have is that they required cash for part of my transaction and charged a service fee of $11 if I used a credit card for the rest. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. They should not passed on to the customer.

My car got stolen yesterday around 2am. Not knowing what to expect or the process of how stolen vehicles turn up, I called every tow company to see if the perpetrator’s dumped it at a complex and towing may have possibly picked it up. Compared to the other places I called who were rude and refused to help me or check in on my vehicle, Reynolds Towing was the opposite and provided their process for stolen vehicles so I know what to expect. That made a huge difference to me and the level of customer service I would like anyone to receive so I had to come on here and write a positive review since my other experiences were not so great!
