I would love to give the rude gentleman who towed my vehicle absolutely zero stars . Oh and to the NewCastle County Police u should be ashamed dealing with these crooks. I have my own insurance company and yet the cops went above me and called these minions to tow my vehicle. Complete bullshit. This company (the driver and the office staff) didn’t care much of customer’s request and their whole attitude just sucked. I asked for him to unload my totaled vehicle (I’m unable to even start it to move myself) in a grassy area near my driveway on my property. I asked him to do this few times and just out right ignored me and gave me attitude .hen when my husband asked him to please move the vehicle out of driveway he said we could just do it ourselves because he said he wasn’t able to move it now because of the steering problems (lol) then drove off and left. So idk how the world we are supposed to move it if steering isnt working DUH! I’ve never dealt with such an arrogant tow truck driver in my life. What’s worse is when I reached out to the main office I was told they would try to contact drive and ask them to come back. Like are you serious No they need to come back period. This establishment will be the very last place I ever contact for a tow truck driver. Hope future customers have better outcome then I did.

I can not speak highly enough about this company and the employees. I was traveling through the state and got a flat tire. Another company tried to grossly overcharge me. These gentlemen arrived in 10 minutes and charged a great price. They were kind and courteous and made a stressful situation less stressful. I highly recommend them.

The fastest and best pricing I've ever dealt with for towing a truck. They picked up our truck in Maryland and got it back to our home in Delaware within an hour and a half. Thank you Reynold towing for being available, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with a tow. Will be using in the future for any other car needs. Highly recommend!

Sorry I don't have the name of the employee, but he was a young guy that helped us on Route 1 yesterday around 4:00 p.m. we called and they showed up 10 minutes later. extremely helpful and professional. We felt very safe having him help us on the side of the road as women. He even helped when another company tried to shake me down for money. He did the job and risked his life when another car almost swerved into us! Highly recommend this company and he even helped us get back on the road during rush hour traffic. I couldn't have been happier with the service.

Took 15 mins to get to where my car was at great people , the guy on the phone and the tow truck driver were very friendly.

One of my Airmen got her car stuck in the snow. She had called another tow company when a crooked state trooper showed up, never made contact with her and called Reynolds Towing. Even with the other tow company there at the same time, they wouldn’t let the original company tow the car and they towed her car away with her still there and they charged her over $500 to release the car at the impound lot. Wouldn’t trust these guys at all.

After a really rough day I ended up picking up a nail in my tire pulling off the road to make a phone call. A couple miles into Rt1 and the tire went flat. All I could think was damnit, this is all I need, to be sitting here waiting for a repair for hours. I called Reynolds from google, Tyler answered the phone and was very polite, said he would be out in fifteen minutes. He was there in 10, removed the tire and plugged it and had it mounted back on my van in 20 minutes. All the while working with a smile and a great attitude. He was so good I thought he owned the business. As a business owner myself I hope for awesome people like Tyler. Thanks again!

A huge thank you to Reynolds Towing for the save today! Halfway through a road-trip home this Saturday night, we experienced a flat tire on a busy highway. From our emergency call to Reynolds to their arrival to our location to help change our spare and give it some air, the whole process took less than an hour. Great service at a fair price! If only every roadside assistance call could be like this! Highly recommend this company.

This guy's hooked me up when I needed them, ball joint popped out and basically left me stranded AAA was going to take 2 hours to get to me and I really needed to get to work I live in Florida but I was up there for work and every hour I miss I'm losing a vast amount of money so I called them they picked me up within 15 minutes I wasn't too far from the shop and I had the ball joint and was trying to get it fixed and they were able to put in my new ball joint within 30 minutes right before they closed and I was able to get to work without being late
