Had a prescription sent in and got a text that it was too soon and would be filled today 1/20, but when I can and finally get a person, I am told that I will be notified when it is filled. I asked if they could give me an ING’s when, they just repeated that I would be notified when it is completed. They are usually better than this. I don’t know what happened out who answered my call, but this is really bad customer service.

Pharmacy Never Picks Up the Phone! My doctor tried to call too and was on hold for 30 minutes, but still no response. Very concerning that nobody picks up all hours of the day/evening. I tried calling Customer Care Center but not sure what they can do to make them pick up phone calls.

Shonta the shift manager at this location deserves a raise!! She was extremely pleasant and helpful. We must acknowledge when people are amazing and not just when they are doing wrong. Thank you Shonta you truly made my day

The pharmacist manager, Jennifer is absolutely amazing!I’ve been having a very difficult time filling a prescription, and she took the time to explain the reasons for my current issues. I had literally called every pharmacy in the tri-state area and each one was rude and short with me until today.Thank you for your help, Jennifer. Rite Aid is lucky to have you on their team.

The Rite aid in Gov Sq, Rt 40, bear, is the worst....i go in, pickup some stuff, about $38, the cashier scans it, i put my credit card in the reader, it says "chip malfunction". ok, so i swipe it - "card error", i try 3-4x, ask the cashier, an older guy, cant you do it manually from the register? he said, NO! you gotta do it there! quite RUDELY ?tried again, didnt work. I used same card minutes before at another store, no problem. I told him "Never mind! and walked out. I guess Stupid !#%^! Rite aid doesnt want my money. very annoying. went to Walgreens, bought same things, cheaper too, CARD WORKED FINE. Boycotting Rite Aid, POOR customer service. #RiteAidSucks

I am totally confounded by the startling lack of professionalism on display at this Rite Aid. After thirty (30!) attempts to reach the pharmacy, my call was placed on hold where I remained for ten (10) minutes before someone returned to the call. No apologies for the long wait - nothing! Customer Service incompetency has skyrocketed since the Pandemic but I would never have expected it at this level from a pharmacy!

Idk if it’s the pharm tech but someone in pharmacy does not know anything and is very slow!!! Telling me my prescription is being transferred somewhere else.
