Today I went into this dealership with my fiancée to ask about SUVs. From the very beginning, the experience was upsetting. The salesperson looked only at my fiancée (who is American) and completely ignored me (I am Hispanic). When she went back to the car because she wasn’t feeling well, I continued asking questions, but the treatment didn’t improve.
I asked about a Nissan SUV, and the salesman said it was already taken — then added that if I bought quickly, he could “give it to me” because the other buyer was slow with paperwork. That already felt like a red flag in terms of business ethics. When I asked about financing, the conversation shifted to my credit score. Then he asked me, “Are you going to buy the car without her approval?” — referring to my fiancée. When I explained that I wanted to see the car first, he refused to show it to me, saying: “Sorry, no. I sell too many cars per day and it’s not worth it.”
When I pointed out that this was unprofessional, he dismissed me, saying they had “11,000 people on Facebook” and that he didn’t care what I thought.
The whole experience left me wondering: Was this because I am Hispanic? The way I was ignored, disrespected, and treated differently compared to my American fiancée certainly felt discriminatory and racist.
Respect and professionalism should be the standard for everyone, regardless of race or background. Sadly, this dealership clearly lacks training in values, ethics, and customer service.
If you are looking for a car, please think twice before going here. I am also preparing to file a formal complaint with the BBB.

Been nothing but a nightmare. Had nothing but issue with the car since the first day. And getting it fixed been nothing but the run around Dave is never in the office their is never a tech in they have had are car for over month and half and still no fix or what's wrong with it

He lie and he takings money from a woman that is disabled on social security and cannot walk to well and L&I was call on him to take care of those problems. Old New Castle I don't have a plane to give you. This man refuses to address complaint from the BBB, better business b, He won't give her security deposit back and last month rent and he doesn't have safety rail on his steps. And his roof leaks inside the apartment. I'm asking the Mayor to look into this on discrimination as well as a class action. And there are to many mouse's to fight every single day.

david sat with me for 8 hours straight until i was satisfied with my car, he was very quick and did a lot of work by himself to speed up the process. they were very polite and fun. very easy to negotiate with.
