Garbage everywhere floor always dirty. Manager tells customers how to speak on their phones. Manager tells people they can't speak on their headphones & they will need to return their purchase & leave the store. Manager doesn't turn in criminal activities. As a customer that spends to much here I'm no longer interested.Royal Farms Bear Delaware. Is it policy to allow customers to throw soda on another high paying customers vehicle & do nothing? Is it policy to have open containers lids for sale not removed? Is it the Managers policy to fire good employees & keep ones like himself? Everything you see negative below including credit card pump issues is true.

Store has decent stock and a couple employees are especially friendly, but the amount of times I've found expired product in the store has me concerned. If you're buying something off one of the bottom shelves you're definitely gonna want to check the date...

Everything was great. My husband and I got a five piece chicken tender meal that we share. Alexis and Sean did a fantastic job the fries and the tenders were on point. However when we were waiting it was so hot in there it was almost unbearable. I don't know how they expect people to work in that heat. Everybody is wonderful, the front counter services exceptional and so is the new management. They just need to get the air conditioners working.

The store is well kept and very clean....Good Customer Service, the a.m. store Manager is very nice and pleasant... Super Great Manager who trained his employee very well....the greeting in the morning is always a blessing with the smiling faces. You rock site 161.
