This Hispanic lady that works in the morning on Friday was very rude and disrespectful to me and another lady. All we did was ask for help she is going to say if you cant swipe the card to add money what makes you think I can. Very mean and nasty. I told her how unprofessional she was and can I have the owner phone number she refuse to give it. She act like she did not want to help me with getting the washer to work. I will not be coming back please teach these people about professional customer service or find a new job.

Rip off. Can’t reload cards. Each card cost 1$ to purchase and you have to spend $10 so you only get $9 to use. Advertised that you can reload but you can’t. BEWARE! Plus dryers only seem to run 30-45secs vice a full minute. I timed them. BEWARE.

I only & always come to this laundromat for the drop off service. The attendant Teresa is always on point when doing my laundry. Never had an issue with how my clothes are given back and folded very organized smells good and soft. Drop off and pick up same day. I 99.9% recommend this laundromat for their drop off service especially if it’s the attendant Teresa. We just always have to be mindful that if in any case it is never done in the same day, it’s most likely due to lots of drop off that has possibly been made that day and it’s only two arms and two hands so I tend to be understating on that & they do also have to maintain the laundromat. So just be mindful that in some cases you won’t have it same day so it’s good to prepare for next day pick up scenario.

Came to drop off my clothes and was told it would be done the same day. And never got a call saying my clothes was ready or that they close at 5pm nothing. Then when i called she’s gonna say “we don’t call customer to let them know their clothes is ready” Unprofessional.

First and only visit. On wedsite it says card but don’t fall for it . You have to purchase a card from them don't take credit cards to purchase the card. Plus charge for use to get cash. the machines are out of date smell and are rusted out. Washer are twice the price as anyone around. You pay for hot water to wash your clothes and its only cold water you get.. Floors are dirty. Place smells like rusty old pipes, Someone would think for the price the place would be to a higher standers. Don't be fooled .. if you wash comforters and blankets you cant dry here. I have traveled to many places across the US. This by far was the worst experience at a laundromat..

I went in today to wash my clothes and the washer has selective options which are Cold, warm and hot we selected hot water for our clothes because using cold water will not get stains out of clothes so we asked the lady and she told us that the water is hot but we feel the water and it’s cold , and also in the bathroom if you turn the sinks on the water is COLD! This has been going on for a while and this is not correct for them to keep this business open unless they give free washes for a week to show respect in order of using people !

I’m sure you will not care about my review on your place ! But here go my rant !!!! I walk in to do my throw rugs and find out I have pay $2.00 to get a card to wash ! Then I have to put no less then $20.00 on this card to wash. I was ok with that until I saw the vending machines with laundry supplies take cash!!! And of course this machine old and not up to date with time ! You can invest in a card machine to use on washing and drying so up date your vending machine! Second laundromat in less than a hour ! Best believe the got a great review from me too ! Do better please !!!! I’m a busy woman! I will never use this laundromat again!!! I will never use this place again!

If you must go to a Laundromat, this is definitely my top recommendation to go to! Only thing that would make it better, is if they were open 24/7! (It's okay I know we won't get that lucky though lol)
