Rude, unhelpful and incapable costumer service. I had so many calls and emails with pictures showing empty and vacated unit to them and here I am weeks after still being charged for it. What does it take for these people to understand that I don't have a unit anymore and to stop charging me!!!!!!!

This company has always been so helpful and transparent. We have been using their storage unit for a number of years.
