Dont recommend this place, I've been taking my dog for the same issue 3 times already it's a waste of money. Service is terrible they kept saying they needed to talk to a doctor first and that they would call me back and I never got the call back so I called again and told me the same thing the next day that there wasn't a doctor in till the next day. They play too many games don't go there

Our Zoey absolutely loves going to Summits Doggie Daycare. As soon as pull into the parking lot, she gets so excited because she knows where she's going & that she trust everyone there. Everyone is so friendly & it's so apparent how much they care for each of the dogs in they care. We wouldn't entrust Zoey's care anywhere else.

My pup is always more cheerful leaving the boarding facilities than any other. Which leads me to believe the level of care is far superior to others. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable, caring and convenient practice! My dog had a problem with his eye and I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The staff was very thorough in detailing his history and condition. It was his first visit to SBVH and he was unbelievably comfortable with the surroundings and staff. They explained everything to me in a way that was easily understood and scheduled my follow up appointment before I left and I checked out in the exam room--how convenient! Very reasonably priced compared to other local vet practices.

We are new to this practice and couldn’t be any happier. Our service was such that it felt as though we were well established customers who received priority care. Our recently adopted rescue was loved on from the minute we entered until the minute we left.

To they were great. This was tiki’s first visit. She looked beautiful. They paid attention to all of my concerns and have an excellent was of getting both owner and pup through the process. Wonderful experience. Have already set her next appointment

I usually don't leave reviews of anything, but I feel I must to inform any future pet owner about this place. I have been with Summit Bridge for a little over 2 years (as my vet, my groomer, and I've boarded my puppy there) and they have been tremendous for most of that time. Until last week, everything changed. After picking up my dog from grooming, he couldn't stop rectal bleeding. When I called Summit Bridge about it, the receptionist didn't even ask the vet her thoughts. The receptionist just said have him on a bland diet (this was intense, high volumes of constant rectal bleeding, not blood in the stool) I then asked the receptionist if she could kindly get up and ask the vet their professional opinion. The receptionist claims to have done so (I don't believe it because I was on hold for all of 7 seconds) and then she returned and reiterated the same bogus advice. I told them I would take my animal to Blue Pearl Emergency Hospital immediately and if they could contact the groomer and ask her if anything occurred during the grooming that was off or there was any blood, so I could tell the emergency vet. The receptionist said sure and that the groomer was still there so she would "leave a message" (what urgency) and I have still, a week later, not heard back from them. Blue Pearl sadly was completely booked that day and was not accepting anymore emergencies, so they referred me to Windcrest Animal Hospital where my dog received EXCELLENT service and was treated for HGE--something a bland diet cannot fix (HGE requires 24 hours of surveillance, fluids, and antibiotics) so if I had listened to my vet, Summit Bridge, my dog would've died. Not only that, but the staff at Windcrest (not my vet) have already reached out asking how my dog is and wanting updates in order to give me further advice on his treatment. Has Summit Bridge, HIS VET, asked for an update on him, THEIR PATIENT, and his excessive bleeding? I'm sure if you've read all of this you know the answer--no, they have not. I am incredibly disappointed in Summit Bridge and will not be returning for any service they provide. I wouldn't send someone I hate to Summit Bridge that's how bad this "care" was, if you can even call it that.
