Alexis butchered my hair so bad that I've had several people ask me if I cut my own hair this time. Lmao
I go here often. Robert is great!
He wasn't available so I figured someone else could manage. Boy was I wrong. Alexis was more concerned with what she was go to eat, rather than cutting my hair. Absolutely terrible experience and I might never return.

Normally I have an issue with my hair getting cut too short. This time Alexis cut my hair the way I wanted and did not rush. I also explained that I have hair that sticks out and she showed me a product that would help.

I reserved an appointment time and there was hardly any wait. It was Sunday afternoon. Hair tech was warm and friendly and understood what I wanted. She even offered the hot towel treatment which was quite nice (spa affect).

Great cut. Ren was very accommodating checking often that I was OK with her work. Ended with a warm towel on the back of my neck - super relaxing. Excellent experience.
