Maribeth did an excellent job of guiding me through account setup process. Her civility and positivity helped me feel all the more comfortable despite struggling with a cold this day. I look forward to depositing more money into my newly established account.

I can see why this branch has a 2.3 Google rating. I made a deposit at 1:21 at the drive thru window. Woman that helped me was very rude. Told me I mislead her by putting my name on a business deposit slip. The communication, and attitude were not acceptable.

If it wasn't for the person I worked with I might have changed banks. But thank to Sarah Savage and her team, my issue was resolved and I felt like a valued customer.

Contrary to many negative reviews my experience with this branch was nothing but positive. I made appointment online to open a new account. Upon arrival I noticed that the bank didn't look crowded at all, with 3 working cashiers and no waiting line. I was called in exactly at the scheduled time. The banker, Maribeth was highly professional, polite and just a pleasant person to work with. The whole process took exactly an hour.

Spent 40 minutes in the drive through. All 3 lanes were backed way up with no one assisting any of us. Teller said she was busy doing money orders. There was a huge line inside too.

Don't take out a loan with TD Bank. No grace period and ridiculously high fees. This is not industry standard no grace period at all more like credit card than a consumer loan

I called to make an appointment for service. I was told I could not, but not to worry, as there were only two people waiting. I got there, and 5 people were there. One had waited over an hour. I had to take off from work for this!!!

If I could have gave this location zero stars I would have!! Today I went through the drive thru and I wanted to cash my check. I gave the teller my check, she wrote on the back of it, told me I could not cash it because I didn’t have the funds in my account to cover it. Ok cool I told her to give me my check back and I’ll go cash it else where. She gave it back to me knowing she wrote on it and I would NOT be able to cash it anywhere else after that! Had me waste my time leaving and having to come back just to deposit the check anyway!!! Moral of the story check your check before leaving if this ever happens to you because they write on their checks!! Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.
