“I made an online booking for 8am thinking that was the time for my oil change (perfect!) not realizing after calling to confirm it was supposed to be a drop off time (yikes!) I had taken the day off and I had a ton of errands lined up (which is why I was so excited about 8am being available) but after apologizing and offering to reschedule I was told to come in and they'd make it work. And they did! This location has impeccable customer service. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable and they explained my question in a way I could understand (car maintenance isn't my area of expertise at all) and they even offered valuable auto advice for the future. I liked that they have a shuttle service (I didn't see one person wait over 10min to get a ride from them) so I will keep that in mind next time. As I waited for the oil change I witnessed how they treated each customer that came in the door and I was truly impressed. I will definitely bring my vehicle (s) here in the future. (But making the appropriate appointment next time of course ) I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in and letting me hang out until my Rogue was done as well as providing excellent customer support. You all are awesome ??”
“We just moved to Bear, and I asked my husband to find a new place to get the oil changed. Brandywine has a great score on Google, so he called them and gave them my info for a walk-in appointment. A week later, I brought the car in on Monday morning. Little did I know that it’s busy season at the shop (so make an appointment if you can), but they were great, and with an 8:00 a.m. drop-off, they called at 12:30 p.m. and said it was done. Definitely found a gem of a shop and will be back.”

“I spoke to Joe at JV Auto repair and was able to schedule a follow up appointment the next day to look at my friends Jetta who was scheduled to travel back to Texas although her AC was not functioning correctly. JV quickly identified that the new compressor from Napa was defective but still under warranty. I returned the defective unit back to Napa for a full refund and opted to replace it with a new unit from the dealership. JV installed it that same day and I was up and running without issue. Nice work on identifying the root cause and resolving in short order. Great communication and service at a fair price! Respectfully, Artie”
“Had to replace my transmission in my great Nissan Pathfinder at 130k. American Transmission Rebuilders was recommended by a friend who is a mechanic and deals with them regularly. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. They did the job and I picked it up in a week. I had a light come on for my breaks after and I brought it back and they found out that it was a leak on my rear brake caliper. They tightened the loose bolt and filled up my brake fluid for nothing. Hopefully I won't ever have to go back but if I did, I definitely would.”
“Bradleys replaced an engine in my car. They did a perfect/ excellent job. I found the engine on eBay and had it delivered to them. Unfortunately in 2023 I got a letter in the mail stating they were retiring. Very sad to see them go but I understand it's a break well deserved to people who put in work and provide excellent service. The shop is closed now.”

I had to put my car in the shop again and DJs gave me a thorough diagnostic on my Exhaust system. I learned that previous work had been done to the system before I got the vehicle and DJ and his team worked vigorously to keep costs down and repair my vehicle to standard. They also took their time but ensured I was not without transportation thru the weekend. They replenished the fluids in my vehicle and now it runs like new.
I trust DJs Automotive for all of my Car Care needs. They are not in the business to keep you coming back but if you do have to come back, your vehicle is in great hands.
DJs automotive gave me the best service and treatment beyond my dealership. They answered my many questions and addressed my concerns about pricing.
