The associate that provide assistance was very professional, compasionate, and willing to provide exceptional service. Employee ID # 325526 is what is listed on my receipt. I failed to ask the associate his name. He saw that I was in need of assistance and immediately came to the rescue. The entire staff this evening created an atmosphere of fun and pleasantness. Needless to say, the assisance was a God sent! Thank you!!

I always have a great experience at this location. But I just want to give a big kudos to the young men on shift today in Bear. Quick, professional, friendly & a great playlist playing. You can tell how well they work together. Keep up the amazing work.

Great location with super helpful staff. We drop off many packages here and they are always quick to efficient. After shipping literally thousands of packages with them we have never once had a tracking or service issue. But then again we don't expect the impossible. Staff are a really fun bunch!

I went in today, trying to obtain a corporate phone number as the normal 1-800 UPS customer service phone line has been useless and trying to figure out why my package was scheduled for delivery because apparently the business was closed despite my address being a residential home address and the man at the counter just gave me the same customer service number that I already had. He could have just said he doesn’t know the corporate phone number or made an effort to find it.

One of the staff members was not very helpful. I requested to send a return package and showed the return label, but he asked me to pay $3 for printing it. According to Google, most UPS stores print return labels as a courtesy since the return is prepaid by the seller. In any case, they need to print it to attach it to the package. I recommend avoiding this store, as the staff is not very helpful.
