I use this store whenever I need UPS because everyone in there is always polite, respectful, helpful and a pleasure to deal with! It isn’t even the closest one to my house but it is the one I use because of the employees!

i went to the UPS store on Pulaski highway Bear, de. I was waited on by a gentleman named Brandon. He was extremely courteous and he was a great help with shipping out my 4 26 x26 boxes.I feel he was very polite and efficient. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but he went above and beyond his duties.please thank him for me.

I have used this UPS Store several times. Their staff and service is always outstanding! Even though there are other UPS stores closer to me, I will always drive the extra miles and use this location. In my opinion, the best UPS Store in Delaware!!!

Best customer service out of all the ups stores I had been to in Delaware also the fastest there was a line but I was in there for 5 minutes tops
