I called about a package being missing or lost after receiving a message stating it was delivered and everyone i spoke to helped in the process to make sure I got my package. John, thank you so much for caring about my package and escalating it to your supervisor Lacy(Lissette), sorry if I got that wrong lol. You were extremely helpful as well and was able to contact the carrier (driver) Derek who was so kind and generous! Not only did he remember my name, he retrieved my package and hand delivered to my door my next package after to ensure I got it. I am so grateful for you all! Great team! 🙏 Thank you so much!! I hope each person mentioned is notified and acknowledged.

I took my elderly mom to the Bear post office for an address change and stamps. There were a few people in line and when I asked if she could sit down they kindly brought a chair and helped her the young lady known as River asked if. She needed some water which I declined because I didn’t want to cause any issues since there was no bathroom. When it was our turn River quickly helped her and I was on my way. This office is the best post office in town. I will continue to come here and I will tell everyone of my family and friends to do the same. Keep up the good work! 👏👏👍👍

If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional very arrogant and very poor service by far be of the worst government services I ever experienced dealing with I tried to get a money order I was told the machine ate the money order and I stood in the same place waiting for an answer for 3 hours don’t go here if you have somewhere to be
