Horrible post office, I regularly have issues getting mail delivered. I even had a piece of mail get lost and this place lost the insurance check from USPS! Then they blamed me for the issueAvoid at all costs, unfortunately since I live here I have to deal with them...

New system in place as of September. When you move you MUST Show PICTURE ID .Only have 20 days after changing address.We have done this four time now.This post office is even returning mail sent to my Bear Delaware address. Not sure what is wrong with this place.The people working the front counter are nice and helpful. But something is wrong in the back room doing the mail.Just new the system is a total problem for everyone.

My package was supposed to be delivered 12/22. It bounced between Bear and Wilmington three times. Each time the delivery date changed. Today it showed back in Bear with a delivery date of 12/26. This was a Christmas present and I needed it. I went to the back of the building and there was an employee back and he said he would check. He came back out a few minutes later with someone dressed like one of Santa’s helpers and he had my package. That made my day thank you.

I have not received my mail for two days. Checking informed delivery I should have received at least 16 pieces of mail. Bear post office is not around the corner for me. Now I will probably have to go down there and see what is going on because I am sure no one will answer the phone. I hate to give them a one star.

Had to wait for someone to appear at the counter. And there was only one clerk there was a line of customers waiting for service.

I was here during lunchtime and there was only 1 clerk “helping” customers. Waited over 40 minutes to send a letter since line was huge. Whoever is running this place has no intention of providing a decent service and don’t care about feedbacks. So many things needs to be changed here. Hopefully you don’t go through the same experience I had but if you have an option just go to another usps or other carrier.

I like the employees here - "River" is great with customer service - ALL are always helpful & considerate. I greet them with a smile & kind word because I appreciate the fact they are overworked.

As usual, they never deliver the package and always left a notice. I'm waiting at the pick up gate for 30 mins now nobody come, I can hear they are chatting and laughing. These people are arrogant and rude

I dropped several packages at this post office. Some of them shipped and the two larger boxes did not- I dropped the packages off on a Monday and returned on a Wednesday to check on them because the tracking did not show anything. The clerk told me the packages were still in the back- she assured me they would ship that day. These were supposed to be shipped three day priority. After speaking with several different unhelpful people at this PO, they told me that the clerk lied and the packages were not in the back when she said they were and they went out on that monday. The tracking miraculously showed up on Thursday after all my calls indicating the packages both could not be read to send out or return to me- but they read the label enough to update that information! Makes no sense! The packages were marked lost . These packages were for my small business and the Post Master would not even take or return my call- Kristen Brand closed my case. Wow! What customer service. My father retired from the PO after serving in the military. I have lots of respect for the USPS and never expected such inconsiderate, unprofessional, dishonest behavior.
