We went to upgrade our phones and had the best experience we’ve ever had at Verizon! Joshua was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable, patient, and explained things well. We appreciate all his help and will definitely be returning to this location in the future

Today, I had an experienced that allowed me to regain my confidence with those in the customer service space. A gentlemen, in every way, served me and my husband today at the Verizon store, 3623 Wrangle Hill Rd, Bear De. His name is Joshua. It was clear to my husband and I that Joshua took his position very serious. It was also clear that Joshua’s had been trained not only by Verizon ,but by family members who understood; kindness, patience, self control, and service. Joshua has impeccable customer service skills. I wish there was a Joshua in every retail store in America!

Rude, actually said you can keep looking at me all you want, let me sit there for 20 mins to get an attitude and send me to another store. Avoid this store and if you have to go, avoid the sales or manager male with the rectangular glasses, rude and should find another line of work as customer service is foreign to him.

Go to a different Verizon location.
The people in this location are scammers.
They offered my husband a free watch
If you call free adding a phone line to the account at $5 month for 36 months plus added a $19 month insurance policy. I tried to cancel and bring the unopened watch back they told me sure it will be $329
To break the contract.i call that theft by deception.they also called me when they first opened said I needed to come in
they was going to save me some money by fixing my plan.one month later
My bill went up I called Verizon they said I changed my plan that you can’t get anymore.I've been with Verizon for 15 years.Thats how they treat there long time customers.

Joshua O. At this store not only helped me on the phone after I left the new castle store. (The new castle store wanted to charge extra fees for stuff they weren’t helping me with.) He went out of his way to look at my account to make sure we had the best plans for the buck. Extremely thankful to this guy for his help and the extreme patience he had with me when I called and asked a million questions and calmed me down. Stop here for all your needs. No gimmicks, no sales pitch. Beyond friendly and knowledgeable!

Will consider changing my review a couple stars when resolved.Switched from ATT to verizon at this store. Traded in my phone and was supposed to be receiving promotion a couple months after starting contract. First, my phone was lying around and never sent to verizon. Secondly, my account was supposed to be fixed with the proper amount and never was. Thirdly, it's six months later and I'm still paying full price for a plan that was supposed to be half of what it is.Imagine being a customer switching to a service and being treated like this from the start. What kind of business does that? Terrible business practice.
