Awful pharmacy. States my prescriptions are available but then suddenly the store is closed. This place needs to be shut down fully with a full apology for anyone who has ever had to deal with this store.

Went to go print up passport photos there that I purchased from walgreens before. Told me they have to retake the photos. Felt the manager was just being difficult because she was letting someone cut infront of me and I called her out. Not sure what the point of buying the walgreens usb, getting the digital copies and its policy that I cant get them reprinted. Went to another walgreens and they said thats not company policy and helped me. Love employees that make up their own policy because they just can't be bothered to help.

Do NOT get your prescriptions from this pharmacy. It will take at days for them to count pills to 30. They have only hours during the weekdays when most people are working. This is a company that just is pinching pennies since it seems they don't want to hire additional people to help alleviate a known issue.

Happy Harry's was more dedicated to customers for god sake!! This Walgreens is closed on weekends and then packed every day of the week. Plus you can never get a hold of them because by the time your next in line on the phone they go on lunch break. IF WALGREENS DOESN'T REVERT BACK TO THE WAY THINGS USED TO BE AFTER THEY BOUGHT HAPPY HARRY'S IM DONE COMING HERE!!!!

Went to get my dogs lifesaving meds and the pharmacy was not open. Now she has to wait two days to get her meds. What pharmacy is not open on a Saturday at any time.

How does a pharmacy close at 6pm everyday like people done have jobs that having to work late in no option, and on top of that they're the slowest people in the world!!!! I can't be apart of this pharmacy anymore

I understand why this store rated 2.8. I was there to my wife’s medicine. They told me yo wait 20 min. After 20 min., another person told me 30 min. more! Stay away these guys! They don’t know what they are doing! You might even get a wrong medicine! Stay away for your own sake! There is another store right across the street. I will try there for next one!

I have been with this pharmacy since back when it was a Happy Harry's pharmacy, so it has been a really long time. I have kept using them over the years due to the convenience and because I generally had a good experience. It is no longer a good experience to have prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. Due to the change in hours, the pharmacy is only open during times when I am generally at work, and when I am able to break away to make a special trip, there has been a long line of patients waiting to pick up prescriptions, often stretching from one end of the store to the other. I know that the pharmacy staff is doing the best they can, but that does not mean that I have to use them. Changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Picked up a prescription for an acute problem. My doctor had told me what he ordered. Upon returning home, I noticed the drug's name wasn't what my doctor told me. So I Googled it, thinking it might be a generic. WRONG! Totally different drug.I called the Pharmacy and the clerk told me to "bring it back" in a very nonchalant manner, as if it happens frequently. At the store, I asked to speak with the pharmacist. He was very unconcerned and told me the correct prescription was at the counter. I said "you don't seem to understand...had I not Googled the drug I was given, I would have taken a drug that would not have helped my problem and to which I might be allergic." Again, he merely stated "your prescription is at the counter." I looked at the clerk and said "I guess I won't be getting an apology." She turned to the pharmacist and said sarcastically "she wants an apology!" He walked away.

Despite calling you 3 times I still have not received my prescription that you were supposed to ship out over a week ago you have not put it on my app so that I can have it shipped so you said that you would send it out to me as soon as I updated my information which I did immediately call back to follow up call back again to follow up and still you have not even billed my credit card which means you have not even attempted to ship it despite telling me that fedex has not picked it up to say that I am disappointed with you would be the understatement of the year you used to be one of my favorite stores and now I do not even want to go in there I am not standing in line with people for covid test in the middle of a pandemic for over an hour I understand there is a shortage of people but but the fact that it takes 7 days to ship a prescription is pretty bad not to mention if you call you have to wait on hold for over half an hour

They never answer their phones or update you when your prescriptions are ready, even if you have the Walgreens app. Right now (1/27/22) the pharmacy is completely closed until 1/31/22. I have an inhaler that I need to pickup from them that I cannot get. They are literally putting my life in danger. Switching to Rite-Aid across the street. I suggest everyone else do the same.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've experienced. I changed to this location upon moving and I've have 2 scripts filled here previously so you'd think they'd know by now. I've called three days in a row because to pick up my script it is time sensitive (I only have a certain window of time to obtain it) but not a single person has been able to give me an answer on why I can't come get my script/ why its been delayed (because my derm and I have both done exactly what we need to do on our end) I've been waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes now. Definitely not coming here anymore, for anything.

My mother had a confirmed appointment for a Covid Booster shot on 11/18/2021 at 4:10 p.m at this location after being turned away as a walk in a week prior. She was turned away again because the young lady in the pharmacy didn’t see her name on the list. The email confirmation had her name, appointment time, and this location in which we have proof the appointment made online. No effort was made to accommodate and I’m extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the store, I guess it was for the best.
