It’s Right off the highway. No gas. There was a Wawa advertised on the highway but no gas to refuel. I felt tricked and wasn’t happy about it. It wasn’t a very clean location either so I would avoid this spot and check out another location

I order delivery through the wawa app. I was missing an order and I asked my door dasher driver if he had my drink. He stated he did not and instructed me to call wawa. I called and was answered by Cece. She was very pleasant on the phone and confirmed my drink was at the store. She said she will have them make me a new drink. Thank you for the professional experience.

Sometimes you run into issues with locating a customer associate to check out but overall, they do well. For pickup orders, check before you leave! Especially if you order any form of energy drinks.

Twice in the last two weeks my order was wrong from store at 1100 Pulaski Hwy. Bear,DE. The first time I ordered a chicken quesadilla and received just a cheese one and the second time I ordered a medium chicken noodle soup and received I think was corn chowder. I will not be going to this store for quite a while until things are fixed. I don't know if they were just in a rush or they didn't read the order on the screen correctly but something needs to be done.

Management needs to get their act together. There’s never a day I go in there and can’t order of several items are out of stock. The workers say the manager don’t order on time.

Yesterday around 1pm, the girl at the Smoothie counter questioned if I had paid for my $5 drink. She asked me where I paid for it because it wasn't showing up on her screen. I said I paid with the cashier on duty. I did this literally 2 minutes earlier. Despite me telling her this, she yells across to him and right in front of me "Did she pay?" EVEN AFTER THE CASHIER SAID YES, she still seemed to be skeptical that I paid. She eventually holds up the drink, no longer iced but room temperature now, and goes "Well, I GUESS you paid" and then hands it to me. You guess? FIX YOUR CHECKOUT MACHINES AND YOUR RACIST RED HEADED SMOOTHIE MAKER.

Poorly designed parking lot, just random poles everywhere. layout inside looks completely random. Then there's service and technical issues that plague that dirty store.
Drive 1.5 miles down the road for the other wawa, it even has gas

Good evening Google Family. I ate an empanada for the first time today and I will not be ordering that item again. They had my favorite, baked potato and bacon soup. I ordered the large size. I bought a banana, and some apple slices and I paid for them and left. I liked this location and I would visit this location again. Good night Google Family.
Parking: There is a huge parking lot here with plenty of parking spaces. They have the electric car chargers so people with electric cars can charge up their vehicles. Interesting.

Store has no sense of urgency people have things to do and these workers are moving like they are not a quick service option.

So I went to the Newark Wawa on Chestnut Hill road yesterday to try their pizza so I ordered a pepperoni pizza took it home and it was burnt on the top and on the bottom. They obviously didn't care about how they presented the pizza because I know the guy saw that it was burnt before he even put it in the box but he chose to give it to me that way anyway. I've gone to this Wawa plenty of times because it's close to my job and I've never had a problem and that's what makes it even more disappointing and I was really looking forward to trying the pizza because my coworkers keep telling me how good it is so I decided to finally try it and now I don't even want it ever again

Review 1-I guess reading what kind of roll I order my hoagie on is too difficult. This is literally the 3rd time I've gotten home only to realize they made mine on a white roll when I order it on wheat. Then I call and they say just bring it back and we'll remake it. Yea now that I'm home with the family's dinner I really wanna drive back to get it remade. They should be offering me the next 2 free or something now that they've ruined my dinner for the 3rd time, but no they only offer me to drive back and get this one remade. Smh. I guess reading tests should be added to the applications.
Review 2-They'll gladly take your $ for lotto but if u win they don't wanna pay it out. Lying manager said she can't cash it out even though Delaware lottery website clearly says take any winning ticket $599 or less to ANY lottery retailer to cash it.
Review 3 they made my hoagie wrong again for the 4th time, another trip back because they either can't read or just don't care.
