The customer service is horrible. Very unprofessional. I sat waiting for hour just to talk to someone. No one came out and asked me if I needed help or anything.

This branch is usually fine. I've been banking here for years with no problems.
But today I went in to DEPOSIT money and this woman insists I'm not on the account so can't GIVE them money. After I stood in line for ten minutes on a busy Friday.
I was added to this account years ago but she keeps insisting she can't find me.
I had our debit card and my ID. There were other tellers there who I've gone to with no problem. She asks me very loudly in a crowded bank why I don't have my own debit card. It never occurred to me I need my own. I do all our shopping, we've always only needed one.
The way she said it made me feel like something nasty on the bottom of her shoe. It was really embarrassing and totally unnecessary.
Then she loudly tells me that she can show me how to deposit it in the ATM outside where there's also a long line I'll have to stand in again. Because I guess I'm too stupid to figure it out myself? It makes no sense. If I can do that WHY won't she just take it? She's the only one who's ever done this. Seems like she just wanted to abuse the little bit of power she has by embarrassing someone for no reason at all.
I wish I'd seen her name by I was so flabbergasted by the whole situation I didn't think to look. I get she probably deals with people who don't treat her well but that doesn't give her the right to treat me so badly.
Really ruined my day.

Yesterday we opened a business account with Juan Carlos Castro, it was excellent! Very fast and friendly! This is the best Wells Fargo branch where we have been Wells Fargo customers for 6 years! Many thanks to people like Juan who make you appreciate the bank!

Pay attention to the screen second time I deposited money thru the ATM and the confirmed amount wasn't what I deposited. I caught it the first time this time it took $20 from me

The service is very poor. This location is very slow and the employees are rude with no consideration of your time. There’s a black man with twist in his hair who is very rude and condescending there’s also a female Hispanic who has the same poor attitude.This location will treat non-Hispanics very poorly. I will be recording my next interaction with this branch. My experience was horrible.

Unprofessional and rude. I work in Customer service and have a great clientele . I have never encountered such unprofessional work ethic at a bank! I’ve only been to this location two times and they were the same each time which is my reason for commenting.
