The service is very poor. This location is very slow and the employees are rude with no consideration of your time. There’s a black man with twist in his hair who is very rude and condescending there’s also a female Hispanic who has the same poor attitude.This location will treat non-Hispanics very poorly. I will be recording my next interaction with this branch. My experience was horrible.

Unprofessional and rude. I work in Customer service and have a great clientele . I have never encountered such unprofessional work ethic at a bank! I’ve only been to this location two times and they were the same each time which is my reason for commenting.

I want to thank the manager Joanne for all of her help.I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for many years and I want to say she was super informative and attentive to our needs immediately when we came into the branch today. Joanne stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing just to help with our situation. Make sure you come visit this amazing branch

Worst branch of a bank I have ever dealt with. I have called over 30 times this week at all hours of the day to try to connect to them. I live over an hour away and need answers on money withdrawn from my account at this branch. Even tried to connect through to the branch from Wells Fargo's main customer service number and they were unable to get someone to pick up there.

Even though I waited 50 minutes in the drive through today, Alycia was so sweet and pleasant I just couldn't be mad. Good Job girl!

Banker continued making phone calls after telling me she would be right with me...i only needed to get into a safe deposit box...and she was informed of this...waited while over 5 phone calls were made ..will be investigating other local banks with safe deposit boxes...

This is the worst bank site I have ever visited. The banker tells you to come back at 330pm coz she is on her lunch break at 225pm. The tellers pretend to be your boss to let me go online to schedule an appointment before any banker would talk to me. Oh lord please help them.
