Purchaed Water ice and custard on 02/12/2024 and it was very good. However, staff was lacking. Employee was rushing us to make the order, then got it wrong. Overall, staff appeared very disorganized. Not a welcoming experience. Do not recommend.

Excellent customer service, made the orders quick and had a very good attitude about a storm knocking the power out for about 30 seconds. Definitely 10/10

Was upset that I had received something in the mail to get Rita rewards , only to have the girl tell me that they don't do that there. Guess I won't be going to that Rita's again.

The good news: great shop, great Italian ices and other frozen treats.The bad news: no prices posted despite significant increase. 3.25 for a kid-sized Italian ice. ?

I go to get my first Rita’s of the season 2/28/23 and I get a sundae the girl who says she is manger makes my hot fudge with the fudge on top of my whip cream and then the sprinkles. I said ma’am you put the hot fudge on the ice cream and then the sprinkles then the whip cream. She say no this is how you make it so my whip cream is melted and gone. And she said they never do pup cups which I’ve gotten for yrs. So I can’t have a hot fudge sundae made right cause she refused to fix it and she refused the pup cups. Disappointing
