My old desktop computer died with no warning. I searched online for a company that provided in home service and after seeing all the incredible reviews about Boris from Bella Vita Technologies, I knew he would be the best to help me. I couldn’t have been happier with his service ! I’m not a technically literate person and he explained everything he was doing and gave me advice and options. Although my desktop wasn’t salvageable, he removed the hard drive, transferred everything to my laptop, connected my laptop to the larger monitor, made it possible for me to use the printer and downloaded software that was free so I could save money by not renewing other software that wasn’t. He’s professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him ! Best first experience with needing in home support. Definitely won’t be my last experience dealing with him. I plan to recommend him to others that need assistance, especially in home.

Had a problem with not getting audio via my headphones. Called Boris and he remotely fixed the problem in 40 minutes. He is easy to talk to, very considerate and knowledgeable. Terrific service and experience here in Bethany Beach!

He meticulously assembled my PC, taking the time to explain each step of the process in a clear and understandable way. Boris is a knowledgeable professional, who knew exactly what to do to supercharge my horrible Mediacom internet. Communication was excellent throughout. He came within hours of contact on the same day and even stopped to purchase equipment he suspected was needed to speed up my slow internet. Came with four wireless repeaters based on our phone conversation about the size of my home. Found we only needed two and never tried to upsell me with equipment I didn’t need. Before leaving, he checked every room in the house for any dead spots. My internet speeds are incredibly higher than ever before. Can’t say enough good things about this guy. He accomplished in an hour and a half what Mediacom technicians couldn’t do in dozens of service calls. Fantastic service and great person!
