Complete professional . Chrisy was recommended to me by another real estate agent , and I am thankful for her ability to sell my father's house. I was worried about selling his house as I was located 800 miles away but Chrisy made the sale easy and took care of everything from clean up , showings and final sale , helping me to achieve a fair price for the property. Excellent Agent! Chrisy Tingle arrived at our home on time, and prepared. In a folder, she presented us with recent sales, pending and new listings, and analysis on listing versus final sales price. She had all the information on our home and asked us to validate square footage, upgrades, etc.
I have sold other homes and knew, after meeting with her, I did not need to interview any other agents.
The whole listing and selling process was handled professionally. We were happy to receive a full-price offer and settlement the following month. We would highly recommend Chrisy.

This is my first time selling a home, so I appreciated that Chrisy was knowledgable and explained everything ever step of the way. She was so helpful, and she brought up concerns about the offers I recieved when I didn't know to be concerned. We discussed what I was comfortable with and ultimately, I am confident that I took the best offer for me. Settlement was simple and I did it remotely. She kept in contact the whole time. She was great.

The best Realtor! I met Chrisy many years ago when we first started our search for what was going be a second home. We would start and stop our search regularly but would get cold feet and never followed through. We were not easy clients!
Over the years, our needs changed and we decided to make the Delaware shore our permanent home. Chrisy was right there beside us and helped us determine exactly what we needed to make this move.

Look No Further…This is the agent you want! Chrisy is personable, professional, responsive and knows this market inside and out. She sold our place within 10 days of listing. We found land and a house to build and needed to sell our townhouse. We went on the market at the same time 3 other townhouses in our small development when up for sale. We sold first and got the most money out of all 4 of them. She was responsive and attentive right from the start. Her in depth knowledge of the area and the market was invaluable in getting our place priced and sold effectively. Everything about her is top notch, from the photos placed on MLS, to bringing buyers in, to seeing it through negotiations and closing. Amazing!!!! Christ was amazing! She is very knowledgeable about her job. She went above and beyond to make the sale on my house better. She took time out of her busy schedule to actually go over to the house and make sure everything was ready for a showing. That not only says a lot about her as a person, but as her as an agent. Whenever she got information about a showing for open house, she was always prompt to give me all the feedback right away. It was a pleasure working with her.

She exceeded even our high expectations. Home had a contract within hours. Chrisy is the exception to the real estate agent rule. She is professional, polished and exceedingly knowledgeable. We had an all cash contract on our home within hours -- not days. We have bought and sold 12 homes and Chrisy was by for the best agent we have ever had.
