Rental unit 305 Farragut in Seacolony was satisfactory. I would not rent this unit again. Kitchen update is nice but other furniture, Wi-Fi, beds and broken amenities caused a “lack luster” impression. Beds are OLD and uncomfortable, lighting/electricity is lacking and we had ants. Crowley real estate agency was helpful and prompt with fixing ant problems and Wi-Fi. However the entire u it needs updating. Ocean view was spectacular. We have spent over 25 summers renting in Seacolony so we have certain expectations. This unit did not meet the high standards that we are accustomed to when renting in Seacolony, unfortunately.

The house was a nice size and suited us but we felt that it needing updating. The living room couch and love seat was old and sits low (us older people often have difficulty getting up). The love seat had a hole in it where some of the stuffing was coming out. The two wooden rocker/swivel chairs had broken pieces at the bottom so we couldn't even sit in those. One of the windows and screen on the back enclosed porch was broken and letting in hot air.

This newly remodeled home is well designed, cozy and perfect for family dinners and game nights. Its decks provide opportunities for outdoor gatherings and moments of solitude and contemplation. The private beach is steps away. Highly recommend for small to medium sized families and groups.

Shower curtains are very old and dirty, water is not coming down in two bathrooms, grill is not working, ceiling fan is not properly attached to the vein a full speed. Not staying there anymore, could find better place for the same amount of money, will do it next time.

We rented through Crowley 2 weeks ago and there was a problem with the house we rented...no one's fault, just one of those things. Greg Murphy and his team went above and beyond to fix it and we had the best week at Bethany Beach. I can't recommend Crowley enough and wish I could give their excellent service more than 5 stars!

Great customer service! Needed a minor repair on a bunk bed and someone came to the house to fix within 10 minutes of calling. Was really impressed!!! Will definitely rent from here again!

This is a lovely house. Clean, good lighting, amazing screened in porch, plenty of bathrooms, decent mattresses, lots of convenient things. i.e. ice maker, good selection of seasonings, extra refrigerator for drinks etc., plenty of kitchen utensils.
Perfect Location to downtown Bethany. 10 out of 10!!

The house itself is very nice — the layout is such that members of your group can easily separate and have their own spaces. However, the house didn’t appear to be cleaned well AT ALL. We had a few kids in our family and their feet were black just from walking through the house. I had to DoorDash a Swiffer the day of our arrival just to handle some of the crud on the floors. Also, the internet and TVs were nonfunctional/slow/difficult to use. This needs addressed. Additionally, it should be noted that the house is actually TWO residences and you are only renting one of them. Parking is very, very tight, as the owner resides in half of the building and has over half of the driveway restricted for rental use. Proximity to the beach is a plus. However, due to the issues addressed above, our family will be looking elsewhere for our next vacation.

Loved the house at 39885 Bennett Rd in Bethany Beach, DE. We plan on coming back for many years to come. House is beautiful and nice that every bedroom has a bathroom. Extra bonus was the pool that the grandkids loved besides the closeness to the private beach. Great time had by all.

Incredible service! The first day we arrived an electric issue we discovered in the house, Crowley worked tooth and nail to attempt to fix the issue. When it became clear that no real solution could be made they moved us to another house no charge AND helped us move all our belongings we just unpacked. Greg and Brian are tried and true professionals.
