I had my pharmacist from Tampa, Fl transfer some prescriptions to this CVS and everything went smooth. The team was friendly and very helpful.

We recently changed our CVS store due to unfriendly service personnel and the store’s failure to keep an acceptable stock of items (both prescription drugs and other necessities).
Our store is now and will continue to be our “go-to” pharmacy: CVS in Bethany Beach on Route 1. The pharmacist is a wonderfully friendly and quiet knowledge gentleman who is able answer any & all questions. The other service staff members are as friendly as he is, and will go above and beyond to satisfy any of your needs. Kudos to CVS in Bethany - you have a great staff.

Very well stocked and very helpful team - if you need something this is my go to before i drive another 30 mins to just get some much needed heath care or essentials - they even have a few key beach items if you forgot something the kids need!

See attached. Women beware, there’s a creep who works here and he will harass and embarrass you. Stay away!

LOVED my experience yesterday at this particular CVS location! Greeted upon entry, I really like this. Coming from an area where people are kind of stand-off-ish, it's really nice to be greeted by such pleasant people. We got help from a very happy and funny employee who joked about the temperamental card reader at the checkout. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend if you ever need to stop at a store in the area!

Terrible customer service. Gave up waiting for the pharmacist after 15 minutes. It was almost as if I was invisible to the guy. He's answering the phone, going to the drive up window and filling a script. Went to the front counter to checkout and asked what the case if water in the front foyer cost (as there was no price tag on the pallet). The two women behind the counter were responded with "I'm not sure....maybe $2.09?????" I then asked for the manager. She or he was paged. Tick tick tick. After three minutes we gave up. Crappy floor management. Walgreens is next store. I'll go there next time. John
