Very well stocked and very helpful team - if you need something this is my go to before i drive another 30 mins to just get some much needed heath care or essentials - they even have a few key beach items if you forgot something the kids need!

See attached. Women beware, there’s a creep who works here and he will harass and embarrass you. Stay away!

LOVED my experience yesterday at this particular CVS location! Greeted upon entry, I really like this. Coming from an area where people are kind of stand-off-ish, it's really nice to be greeted by such pleasant people. We got help from a very happy and funny employee who joked about the temperamental card reader at the checkout. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend if you ever need to stop at a store in the area!

This is for the store and not the pharmacy. Was in a jam as I forgot some baby items but they had what I needed along with a nice selection of snacks and drinks for the vacation. Theresa was extremely helpful while I was in there. Will be back in there today most likely

I have had consistently bad experiences at CVS pharmacies (not the store, the pharmacy itself) and this location continues the trend. I was at our Fenwick Island house escaping from Coronavirus and needed to get a prescription filled. I normally would have gone to the Walgreens next door but for some reason my PBM (Caremark) required me to use either mail order or CVS. This particular medication is $200 per 30 day supply. I have a copay assistance card that reimburses me up to several thousand dollars per year. For some reason the mail order pharmacy wouldn't honor my copay coupon so I HAD to go to CVS. I called them the day my doctor's office sent the prescription to give them the info for the copay coupon. The man who answered the phone was very helpful; after taking all my info, I asked when the store would get a new shipment of disinfectant wipes. He said he would put some behind the counter for when I came to pickup my prescription (it had to be ordered and wasn't going to be available until the next day). So far, very impressed. When I came into the pharmacy, they had absolutely no record of my coupon. I brought it up on my phone, but the pharmacist refused to touch it. This was somewhat understandable. She offered no solution. I asked if I could write all the info from the coupon down and she said that was fine. She took what I had written down and went back to enter it into their system. After a few minutes, the pharmacist told me, somewhat rudely, that my coupon had been rejected. I was fairly sure there was plenty of money left on the coupon to cover the $200 copay so I explained this. Again, she offered no solutions and was quite dismissive, simply repeating that my coupon had been rejected. I took the paper that I had written all the info on back and called the help desk phone number listed on the coupon. They assured me that the problem was on CVS's end. I told the pharmacist. She again, quite more rudely this time, told me that my coupon was rejected. I asked her to call the help desk; she told me, rather rudely, "have them call me." I pleaded with her and she finally snapped, "go sit down and wait." At some point the pharmacist asked the pharmacist tech for help dealing with the issue. After the tech looked into it, she figured out what the issue was: the pharmacist had made a mistake entering one of the numbers from the coupon. I'm an accountant, I get it, mistakes happen when keying in numbers, but that does not excuse how aggressively and rudely this pharmacist treated me. Oh, and those disinfectant wipes weren't waiting for me either. CVS is the worst of the big pharmacies; this location is no exception.

Terrible customer service. Gave up waiting for the pharmacist after 15 minutes. It was almost as if I was invisible to the guy. He's answering the phone, going to the drive up window and filling a script. Went to the front counter to checkout and asked what the case if water in the front foyer cost (as there was no price tag on the pallet). The two women behind the counter were responded with "I'm not sure....maybe $2.09?????" I then asked for the manager. She or he was paged. Tick tick tick. After three minutes we gave up. Crappy floor management. Walgreens is next store. I'll go there next time. John
