I have been shopping at Hocker's grocery and hardware stores for about 35 years. Gerald Hocker is an amazing business man. His stores are very clean and his employees are fantastic people. I will not buy meat at any other store, Hocker's is the best.
Today, I checked out with Michelle. She is an absolutely fantastic professional. She is very bright and most efficient. Michelle is the best employee ever. She is very quick in checking you out. She is always as kind and pleasant as she can be.
I hope that management recognizes Michelle for the valuable, dedicated employee that she is.

Mr. Hocker what ever your opinion is of the man himself, and mine is positive. His supermarkets are great and should be followed by others. One he carries products of local or regional small business and let them sell. I always look at the end of the soda isle there is a stand with seasonal/local products. Also I work in the service industry as many other trades we always talk about how Hockers has a good hot and cold quick lunch options at a reasonable price. Keep it up Gerald we service tech locals thank you.

Worst customer service ever. Produce worker Betty was extremely rude to my mom and grandma because they didn’t speak English since they were visiting from over seas. She pushed my mom and 4 year old daughter because they were touching the corn, yelled at my mom and make her feel horrible, she argued with me and yelled at me also, I had a horrible experience there.

Was on vacation. So found the closest store to our house on bethany beach. Store was very clean. Organized. Friendly employees.. in a nice plaza with a great pizza joint.. they had some good she's. 12 pack of sodas. 2 for $12.
