I unknowingly messed up as road bike rear sprocket install on a new wheel before coming to the beach and didn’t have the tools to fix it myself. I just happen to swing by this place on a Sunday afternoon and the mechanic was able to fix it free of charge. Really great experience…nice bike shop guys, recommend!

I visited the Eastern Shore and while away I discovered my rear hub had lots of play and I didn’t want to damage the bearings. I stopped at Ocean Cycles and they attended to the issue very promptly. They fixed the rear hub, and adjusted my front derailleur. They were very fair on pricing as well. My bike rides and shifts smooth thanks to their great service! I will visit them again when in the area.

I have both purchased a new bike and had one of my other bikes repaired. Rick and the guys are great to deal with and have always taken care of me and turned the bike around very quickly. Their selection of new bikes is also great. Highly recommend Ocean Cycles!

Thank you so much Dave and Ocean Cycles in Bethany. I arrived in Ocean City with both tires flat and not holding any air. I found the shop by chance while waiting for a different shop to open, at a later time. Dave replaced both tubes and had me back out the door before the other shop even opened. I would definitely make the trip up from 28th St in OC if needed In The future, bypassing all the other shops on my way. Great service! Thanks again.

I've been in to Ocean Cycles three times in the past couple of months and each time the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable and Ricky, the mechanic, has fixed my bike and helped me out. The first time, Ricky tried everything while I waited to fix my chain before determining I needed a new one. The bike was then ready in an hour. Today I went in twice - first looking for toe clips for my bike and, while I was there Ricky checked my tires and filled them for me. I went back in after my ride today as my gears were slipping and offered to leave the bike as I knew they had a backlog. Ricky insisted on taking a look while I waited and was able to adjust it on the spot. Great service and expertise. Highly recommend. (They also seem to have a good selection of bikes and accessories for sale).

Friendly, knowledgeable, laid back team of personnel. I needed an Allen wrench for an adjustment but didn’t want to spend the $ to purchase tools. They were kind enough to adjust seat and fill tires at no charge. They gave me a wrench left over from their new bike orders. Next trip, I’ll be renting from them. Clean shop and impressive new style inventory.

I was extremely happy at first. I gave him a $100 bill for a $45 seat. He handed me $25. I told him i gave him $100. Heagreed but then told me he gave me $45 back. He did not see a problem. . So I actually paid $75 for a $45 seat. I did not argue.He also did not give me a receipt or my old bike seat back. I will be going back tomorrow to ask for my seat back. I waz caught off guard.I just went back in, he was not happy about my review. He gave me my old seat back and the $10 change for overcharging me $55 for a $45 seat. The other guy made a smart comment as I left, but I ignored him.
