Parked at a pnc bank. Literally in there lot. Got out stood in line at the atm. Came back to a parking ticket. They told me it wasn’t free. I’m a customer and hold two accounts. How is it not free for me to park at my own bank and use the atm? They told I should have used the drive thru!

Amber is very helpful and provides great customer service at the desk. The tellers at this branch do not know what customer service means. I was the only person waiting and stood in front of them for several minutes. They did not acknowledge I was there, or bother to say we will be with you in a minute. When I asked if they were aware I was waiting, both said we are busy. I know they have other duties but a simple hello and we will help you soon is customer service. PNC, please teach your tellers how to greet and assist customers! Thank you.

Horrible experience. I was profiled in some way by an inexperienced teller and irresponsible branch manager. They of course would deny that, but what else could be the reason? Security of the account? I had provided 4 different identifications to them for a certified check. There were back and forth and regardless to say, I had to wait for a very long time. They said "some guy" pulled up in the drive-thru while that "some guy" was my husband. Due to this, I almost lost my business. Yes, this was business banking and I've had different biz and personal accounts with them for years. It was just a plain lack of experience and trolling on their part. There was no need for you to think I was a different person than what I prove to be - especially my face was wide out on the camera RECORDING with my passport, green card, debit card, driver's license provided. You'll tell me now that you didn't know if that other guy in the car looked suspicious? So how come you didn't call the police for me if you thought it was suspicious? Nothing made sense of their excuse. I've provided all the account numbers (even the ones that was not even in question). At the end, the branch manager proudly said, "I will put in a complaint for you", like she doesn't really care even if there was a complaint. I didn't even ask for that, I only asked to give me my money that's in my account. What a pity such a big company like PNC has issues like this with inexperienced people running the branch. Somebody did follow up later, but nothing really was to be followed or done. Horrible experience.

I usually don’t give out bad reviews but this bank is pathetic. Sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes in line at the drive up teller!

My husband applied for a personal loan to start his brewery that he has been trying for over a year now, and he thought he would try PNC and well, he had his dad as a co applicant and they said they would let him in two weeks, and after all that, that didnt run neither one of his credit, and the answer ended up not being approved i think it was very unprofessional and unfair not running credit how can you make a decision!!!!
