“After reading many poor reviews, I was half afraid to even go in for my passport appt today. The greeting was non-existent, which isn't ideal but not everyone is all smiles and happy every day. Customer service is a hard job contrary to popular belief. The clerk who took care of me and my appt, (Joni) was no nonsense, very knowledgeable and courteous. So far my experience with this office has been a positive one as well as my mail delivery service with them.”
“Helen Mae I don't know what post office you went to but I have never had a problem with the Bethany post office. The guys are friendly knowledgable and even try and save me a buck or 2. I highly recommend this office to anyone. I conduct all my business at this office. I have been coming here for 20 plus years and never had an issue that they could not resolve. They are very busy in the summer so they cant always get to the phone but when they can they are extremely helpful. These guys are best and all veterans to boot.”
