Really nice clothing selection and everything was on sale. I got a cute Christmas ornament and my mom got a unique cat Fanny pack for my sister. I really liked the Columbia jackets they had and might return to purchase one before I go back home. Really clean and well organized shop!

We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Sea Colony. We checked in at the appointed time, only to find out that the key pad entry code would not work. Eventually someone was sent over to change the code; however, we were standing outside of the unit for the better part of an hour with all of our stuff! There were issues when we got in; the Keurig was not working properly. A call was placed to Vacasa and we advised them that it wasn't working and they said that they would bring a replacement one-this was on day 2 and we never got the replacement, so we purchased a regular drip coffee maker and advised Vacasa in person. We showed the receipt and were told that we could get reimbursed for the replacement and never heard about it again. We were supplied w/ one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels for five people for a seven day stay. We had no trash liners or dishtowels. The unit could have been much cleaner than it was. For what we paid, the unit was meh... the view was the best. Check out was supposed to be at 10 am and we were shocked to see that the cleaning crew arrived at 9:30 am, which meant if we weren't ready, we'd have to vacate even earlier. All in all, a disappointment with Vacasa!!

Sea Colony should think twice when letting Vacasa rent homes in their community. VaCasa is a terrible Rental Management Company that rented out an absolutely disgusting, dirty home to my family (yes, even during COVID!) which has a poor, unresponsive customer service group that you have to chase down to deal with the issues they cause you and even still, provide no compensation or satisfaction. My family and I rented a home this summer and we arrived to an extremely run-down home (4 BR, 3BA), after VaCasa mentioning it had been upgraded in 2020, that was completely filthy and grimy, to say the least. Per the photos attached, we came in contact with a coffee pot filled with old coffee grinds and tons of mold, soot all over the inside of the toaster, a greasy and stained stove top and oven, blood on the bedroom comforters and contaminated toilets (just what every guest looks forward to on vacation!). Who would have thought that cobwebs everywhere, bugs all over the house and stains all over the furniture would be the least of our worries!? After communicating the condition of the house to VaCasa, they replaced the coffee pot and toaster, brought blankets to the house, and offered to send their cleaning crew over, which should have all been done before our arrival. Their cleaning crew arrived later that day for all of 30 minutes, which everyone knows is not nearly enough time to clean such a large house in this horrible condition. Additionally, since we lost an entire day of our vacation dealing with VaCasa attempting to make this home more habitable, we asked that they reimburse us for at least one nights' stay, given this grungy house cost $7,000 for the week! Instead, VaCasa Customer Service offered a $145 reimbursement for the cleaning fee (laughable). In what world does it make sense to reimburse someone 2% of what they spent (just on the house alone!) on what was supposed to be a clean, upgraded home? Vacasa's website mentions "We take care of managing our homeowners' vacation houses so they can actually enjoy their free time (and their home when they want to). And our guests book vacations with peace of mind, knowing they're going to find exactly what they're looking for without any surprises." It's to my knowledge that Vacasa clearly does not take care of managing their homeowners' homes, we definitely did not find exactly what we were looking for (and what the Vacasa website advertises) and the home we rented was full of negative surprises. If you are looking for a clean rental home and want to have an enjoyable experience, unlike the experience my family had, I highly do not recommend using Vacasa.

I cannot stress enough not to stay at Annapolis in Sea Colony. The bldg has it own set of rules! You have to sign a long contract which is a joke being they allow smoking of all sorts in the 1st & 2nd bldg -- A & B also dogs are seen & heard all over the units. Just the wk we went, we saw 6 big dogs which barked all the time. Sec guard told us that there are different rules for the Annapolis bldg . Even though the unit was clean & had no rugs, here are the complaints. No A/C -- it was not working so it remained at 81 degrees -- imagine in 90 degree weather, low water pressure & hot water went off very quickly in the shower, AC unit right under the terrace so you hear it all day & night (funny we didn't get any of the cool air). This bldg is extremely old. There is a barbecue right in front of the bldg so you get the smell of the constant idiots that don't know how to use it properly. Work was being renovated in a house all wk right on the beach -- this was directly in front of our unit -- owner of construction co could care less having the workers saw the pieces of wood inside the house, in the basement, in the garage, etc. Instead blasting their music on the deck taking each plank of wood & sawing that & metal from 8 - 5. We tried to complain but was lied to by Vacasa stating they barged in a meeting of the construction co & took care of it. Guess what -- they never went to the construction & made up the entire story. We suffered all wk hearing this crap! Nobody cares at Sea Colony -- nobody to complain to when there is a problem. Everyone staying here pays good money to rent but there is no compassion -- even to get WIFI they give you a ridiculous procedure to follow. We had to figure it out ourselves. This was by far the worst vacation we have ever had!!!!!! Sea Colony gets zero stars!

Practically we stay here once a year, but this year we decided for end of September ! Is it Covid that makes people rude? I walked by a lot of security people and nothing, no good morning or a hey don't even acknowledge you! Pretty much the same with life guards at any pool, just no kindness and on top of it Pools are closed, hot tub closed , very disappointed! Maybe my last trip to Edgewater!
