In season, packages aren't delivered that won't fit into a mailbox because the local postal workers won't get out of their vehicle to deliver the packages at the door. They are returned to sender as undeliverable. This happens to amazon packages that are transferred to the USPS for local delivery. Use UPS or Fedex.

The Bethany Beach post office has me money in LOST packages. I am frustrated because there is no way to correct the issues. I have had three lost orders. I attempted to call to talk to someone about the latest order of a bathing suit and cover up that was ordered in May. The automated system won't let you speak to a real person! It's frustrating! I am still going back and forth with a "Swimsuitsforall" order because the company shows that the order was delivered. I have honestly never received it. This is the WORST post office!

Rudest personnel I’ve ever dealt with, had a mix up with amazon package while on vacation, according to Amazon package wasn’t deliverable, no problem, usually just head to the post office to pick it up right? Nope not here, was told packages don’t go to the post office and they don’t “do that”! Ok well I guess I’ll just go f myself, called amazon from the parking lot and they said it was just checked in at the location with the scan. Hmm who do I believe in this scenario a company that makes billions a year delivering packages or a rude old timer that wouldn’t even type in a tracking number. Horrible experience.

Called during business hours 20 times before a rude male answered and informed me if a package is shipped by Amazon by USPS it will not be delivered to a residence unless your address is “on file” with them? Basically this postal office does not deliver mail.

They blow right past your house even if you have the flag up to send mail out. Haven’t had anyone pick up or drop off mail in three days.

Went there with a question and the staff was rude. I asked respectfully where my package was, as I got an email it was delivered there. Worker made a big fuss about checking and then gave me attitude when it wasn't. Made a little situation more dramatic than needed.
