“I started off on the phone thinking about how much I was going to want to probably just hang up. But from the time the guy on the other end picked up he was very polite and courteous he told me that everything was going to be okay today he was going to make sure I got everything I needed and he sure enough did. By the time I was done he walked me through the online steps so that by the time he was done with my phone call all I had to do was go to my storage unit and put my stuff in it.

“I needed a unit on a Sunday with nowhere open and prices through the roof these days I was in a tight spot. Luckily, I found peninsula storage super close to where I am. I was able to not only get a unit that very minute but also sign the lease and for putting in no work at all I was rewarded with a month free minus renters insurance. Which is an extra piece of mind if you ask my opinion. You even have the option to chose your own unit. The facility is clean and secure as well. With a gated entrance that only opens after inputting your unique indeinfication codes and security cameras on every corner, I felt at ease. Not having to wait or come in to sign a lease was a burden I am grateful I didn't have amongst the very many already that day. Now I am new to their facility and am basing this review and my opinion off of my personal experience in the brief time I've been a client.. however, I am almost positive it won't change as time goes on.”
