I have NEVER in my life had a worse customer service experience with Any business or store etc etc ..EVER..from the forst word out this woman's mouth when she answered the phone , she had a terrible attitude &made me feel like I was wasting her time &every question I asked she made me feel like I was an idiot when I was asking LEGIT QUESTIONS THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE 2 HELP ME WITH WITHOUT A DOUBT.she actually didn't answer any of my 5 questions about someone having my packages held at her post office location & then stealing my packages by picking them up at her location...basically told me how would she knw who lives or used to live or don't live at my address... nobody @ my address picked my packages up so it was someone that DOESN'T HAVE MY ADDRESS ON ANY IDENTIFICATION YET WAS ABLE TO WALK IN AND STEAL MY ITEMS n she literally could tell me NOTHING..then hugged and puffed and told me TO CALL ANOTHER POST OFFICE AND ASK THEM FOR HELP!! BRW THIS WAS A EOMAN NAMED KIM,I ADVISE EVRYOEN TO NOT EXPECT HER TO HELP WITH ANYTHING IF U HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS AT BRIDGEVILLE POST OFFICE! THE HAG

I was passing through Bridgeville and needed to mail a package. The clerk was very pleasant and professional. I was so impressed that I mentioned it to my wife.

This post office is the epitome of first rate customer service. Kimberly, Kim and Sue are efficient yet still take time to make customers feel welcome. They remember you and greet you by name. They are patient and helpful and go way beyond standard practice to ensure that their customers, many of whom are older, are well served. It is obvious that this is more than a job to them-they really care about the people.

Lady in there was so rude and immature. The way she handled customers was beyond disturbing. I'm not sure why she still has a job there.
