Been customer for years; however, I find that shopping inside Bridgeville, DE location very positive.All staff has I impressed me with their good manners and professionalism.I especially found young man, Kevin, to be patient and respectful!Thank you for quality service!

The lady at the pharmacy, relatively tall, dark hair, and a continuous smile helped my wife and me with prescriptions and COVID tests. Also registered my wife in their rewards program. We were there about 4:30 today. Didn't get her name, but she was outstanding. Customer service people need to know how effective a great smile means to the public. She could train them all.

This Walgreen’s Pharmacy is horrible! I got notification that one of my prescriptions was canceled. It was supposed to be ready a week ago. There was no further information available as to why it was canceled so I called. I wish I had paid more attention to the name of the woman that took my call. She was so rude.This isn’t the first time I was treated rudely there. Even though it is further away I will probably try the one in Seaford.

I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription last month. The woman at the front and the pharmacist were both kind and professional. There wasn't much of a wait, only one car ahead of me, so it was less than 5 minutes to pick it up.

Doesn't matter what time you get here, it's always over an hour wait to pick up a prescription. Going to be switching if this happens one more time.

It’s Sunday! The whole Seaford location is closed because of staffing issues! Businesses work short staffed everyday, pharmacies need to be available for people to get their meds…I will be pulling all my prescriptions and going somewhere else

This place is as worthless as Repunzel with cornrows. According to the Umpa Lumpa in the pharmacy, they can’t sell over the counter sinus medication because “the computers only work sometimes”. Do the community a favor, close up shop, y’all are amateurs.

We had an appointment for a vaccine. When we got there, on time, we were told to expect an hour wait because there were others ahead of our daughter. We asked and were told that not all of them had an appointment but that it doesn’t matter, because they take them in order of arrival. So why make appointments? Horrible customer service at the drive-thru!!! We waited there to pick up an order for a solid 10 minutes, during which time we rang the bell 3 times, and were completely ignored. After tapping on the window, waiting more time, then loudly knocking on the window, the pharmacist, who had been on the phone, finally walked over and gave us attitude while he said "she" would be with us as soon as she got off the phone. She then came to the window & proceeded to ask for my name & d.o.b., which I gave to her, but said we were not picking up a prescription. She looked it up anyway, then said they didn't have any prescriptions for us. I repeated that we were not there for a prescription, and I told her what we ordered. Even though, as requested, we had notified the store when we were on our way, and again when we arrived at the store, and even though we were given & accepted the option to pick up the item at the drive-thru, it was not there. After waiting all that time, she told us we'd have to go inside the store & pick it up at the front counter, and made no move or offer to go get it for us. The lady at the front counter said that they should have advised her when we were on our way. On top of all this, I later contacted Walgreens through their website to explain our experience at this store, and I received zero response. After being ignored for an extended period of time, being spoken to with attitude by the pharmacist, observing the laxity in following procedures, the total lack of helpfulness in retrieving our package by the lady at the window, and receiving no response from Walgreens, we will travel further to give our business to a pharmacy that is more welcoming, efficient, helpful, and responsive.

The visit I had there to get my first shot for the COVID virus was great. Things were organized, and my appointment time was adhered to. It was such a nice surprise! No one likes getting a needle, and since the people there was so nice, it made it a lot easier! Thanks!

Excessive pharmacy wait times. Both in store and at drive through. Last week a women was getting prescriptions and checking out store merchandise. Issues with merchandise pricing prompted further delays. I called Walgreens headquarters to make them aware of the additional staffing need. The representative genuinely seemed concerned and said it would be addressed. I informed a store manager I had contacted the home office to alert them of short staff. His reply they'll probably get less budget for headcount. Where we moved from CVS was the pharmacy. There were no Walgreens. Very satisfied with CVS. Here it's too far to drive to a CVS.

Was about to post this entire post while waiting for the lady at the window to find my prescription. The employees at this location are incompetent and should not be representing this company. One car in the drive through really just took 8 minutes. One car!
